We definitely need more mods to speed up the process, but most people on this planet aren’t capable and talented enough to go through Mod school. It’s an extremely difficult process.

And also, moderators have a very special privilege of getting their posts come up immediately, as soon as we hit “send post”, since our posts don’t need approval! We are a very privileged species.
