YOU GOT MARRIED? mazel tov!!!:) i don’t post often but I do read your posts….
yoyaMemberbump:)
yoyaMemberpba: I find that comment disrespectful abt the Israeli army. Even if you said it in jest, they are protecting our country and we should be eternally grateful for that! It is understandable why they think chareidim should join the army as they don’t understand the full significance of why learning is so important. But they still deserve our respect and gratitude.
yoyaMemberHow about leaving a nail salon after getting a fresh manicure, then 2 minutes later getting pulled over and having to mess up your nails by frantically fumbling for your license and registration…yeah that really happened to me, that was a waste of a manicure!
yoyaMemberdy,
when I clicked on your name I was brought to a link on kosher haircutting guide???

yoyaMemberCoffee is amazing with coffee mate (coffee creamer). Totally makes the coffee!!!!
yoyaMemberbump…. noone has anything to add?? 🙁
yoyaMemberThe screening included testing for Cholesterol, Glucose, Blood Pressure, Oxygen Saturation and Body Mass Index. This screening was for men because most men don’t visit doctors regularly so this can alert someone if there is problem to see their doctor ASAP and this can prevent a calamity from occurring. Every year there is at least one person who gets sent to the hospital straight from the screening due to highly abnormal readings!
Kudos to all the hatzalah members who gave up their Sunday afternoon to facilitate this screening!
Over 750 men showed up!!
yoyaMemberIt was held in lakewood this afternoon.
yoyaMemberbump
yoyaMemberPBA: What I mean is there’s alot of controversy regarding the issue of homeless people living in tents committing crimes in Lakewood. Unfortunately the police are not doing anything about it and it is very scary and unpleasant for the frum families who live nearby.
yoyaMembergefen: ever heard of multitasking? 😉
yoyaMemberwho me???
yoyaMemberI think this thread is becoming a personal conversation between health and yenta….just sayin;) Sorry to interrupt hehe!
yoyaMemberThe article was the perspective of a 23 year old yeshiva bochur who was saying how people shouldn’t judge bochurim in Israel drinking friday night, kiddush, or weddings. He said it’s an outlet and they stop as soon as they get married.
yoyaMemberchill, relax, take advantage of your free time and do things you wouldn’t normally do when your in school. before you know it you’ll be back in school again.
yoyaMemberPBA stands for patrolmen’s benevolent association.
yoyaMemberdoes anyone have any answers??
yoyaMemberI think you are probably making this up to get reactions but obviously that’s a sick thing to do. It’s basically demeaning the value of the girls. But again I don’t think that’s true.
yoyaMemberHUH? PBA it seems like you live in the yw coffee room….
yoyaMemberpba- what is with you and starbucks?? Don’t you ever get sick of their coffee? How bout trying dunin donuts….

January 9, 2012 2:25 am at 2:25 am in reply to: Ending a Shidduch process is a reason needed #842125yoyaMemberPoppa -Shadchanim invest so much time and energy into a shidduch. When a couple has been going out for 6-7 dates already and looks like it’s going in a positive direction and is suddenly broken off, it is only right for for them to tell the shadchan why. It is natural for the shadchan to want to know what the reason is. The shadchan is so emotionally invested that they deserve to know why it does not work out. I don’t think it has anything to do with being nosy but it can be helpful if the shadchan wants to set the guy/girl up again. The information can be instrumental in getting it right the next time around. I’d like to believe that most shadchanim would want to know why for the right reasons and not mere curiousity.
January 8, 2012 11:15 pm at 11:15 pm in reply to: Ending a Shidduch process is a reason needed #842123yoyaMemberPoppa -“I’m not sure where hakaras hatov comes in. I don’t see why the shadchan has any legitimate reason for wanting to know. I don’t think you have any obligation to fuel the shadchans disgusting snooping habit.”
That is an unfair and cruel statement. Most shadchanim make shidduchim to help people out and it is only menchlichkeit for someone to follow up and let the shadchan know what is going on. It sounds like you had a bad experience with a shadchan but that gives you no excuse to bash shadchanim and make them out to be “the bad guys”.
yoyaMemberPeople often are convinced that every irritation is an infection when in reality it is not. I’m just saying that irritation on the earlobe often goes away by itself when wearing real earrings. It is not necessary to run to dr. e/ time earlobe is red and swollen. if after a few days of wearing real earrings, it is not resolved than it would probably be a good idea to see a dr. because it might be infected.
yoyaMemberpba – i know that. what I meant was to stop referring to that word.
yoyaMemberhealth – the hyoid bone of course!
yoyaMemberpba – pls stop using the “r” word. it is getting old.
yoyaMemberyou don’t need to see a dr. right away for an infected earlobe from fake earings. if you just wear real earrings for the next few days it often goes away by itself. Talking from experience. If it doesn’t get better than get it checked out.
yoyaMemberwho says i’m a guy?:)
yoyaMemberyeah it’s occupational therapy. sorry, thought that was self understood.
yoyaMembersyag – NJ
yoyaMemberAnybody?? No OT’s in the cr?? Health?
yoyaMemberI’m new!!!
yoyaMemberThank you for realizing!!!
yoyaMemberPopa- How do you know that someone who doesn’t post is reading it but chooses not to comment. You don’t know that people are not getting offended reading this.
yoyaMemberpopa-
if you’re offending so many people than why don’t you just stop using the term?? even if you don’t understand why it is offensive, obviously if so many ppl. are uncomfortable than something is not quite kosher with it! thank you!
yoyaMemberhealth – yoya comes from my favorite song yoya by oif simchot:)
and as far as ur argument with cntrl alt delete…he has a point as some of ur posts can come across a lil superior and authoritive almost. just sayin it might go a long way to soften what you say a little bit. People will respect you more for it, you’ll see!
yoyaMemberhealth- whoaaa!! calm down.. e/o is entitled to their own opinion. There’s no need to look down on others who are just expressing their humble opinion.
yoyaMemberhealth- if your a dr. as you really say than how do you have so much time to post on this site??? most dr’s i know barely have any down time let alone sit on a website posting all day… just sayin’
yoyaMembergumball, maybe it’s not the best idea to let e/o know what grade ur in…..its not good to give out personal info,,,
yoyaMemberwhat do i get??
