Rabbnon in the times of the Mishnah said you are not allowed to have milk that a goy milked without a Jew watching and there is a teshuva that was sent to a specific situation that was מתיר but since when do we change a Halacha that was practiced thousands of years based on a teshuva that was sent to a specific person in a specific situation especially when the teshuva itself says I don’t eat chalv stam nor should a ball nefesh eat chalav stam.chalav stam is not recognized as kosher even by the non jews as you can see that in any kosher aisle of a store even when it’s a completely non Jewish store with a kosher aisle there is no chalav stam
Unfortunately there is another issue you need to keep in mind which is the owner of the business, I work at a judica store and some people come because they are bored and don’t plan on buying anything,they come in asking a million questions just because they want to shmuze with someone,I usually recognized these people and don’t waste to much time on them but I see some other workers that would shmuze with the customer about a item(and it’s obvious they won’t buy it for example a kid would ask about a expensive claf migila)just because they don’t want to work while there is many other costmers at the store so they are both stealing from the boss
