Though over this coming week I may be less active than usual (meetings to arrange, jobs to find, lessons to prepare, *things* to work out, etc) the workload has grown bigger so I won’t have as much time. 🙁

Not always. There are days when I am not busy on my phone (not saying I am not busy) depends if I have arrangements to be making or IRL work to be done (I learn with people over e-mail). Who says I am not on for hours at a time I am just not necessarily active all of it 🙂

I was just listing off different categories of things 16 year olds would like

How about a pair of cleats, a good (wood) bat, batting gloves, new good mitt, basketball shoes (no they are not just sneakers), top of the line basketball (they actually don’t cost that much), and football I couldn’t say besides cleats and a good football

I could copy past on blackberry I just have a lot of things I copy and paste (I use my phone for other things beside the CR believe it or not) so I don’t know that it would help (I could copy until the next time I need to copy though) thanx for the suggestion!

Happiest: I used to have a sign hanging on my door which said: don’t tell Hashem how big your problems are; tell your problems how big Hashem is. I have tried applying this to my life and though it isn’t easy to follow such a dictum at all times it does help.

From what I have seen around and about the CR especially in regards to the people in this thread, I am gonna say this: it would seriously be great if there could be shidduchim made between quite a few of the CR members (yes happiest, including you) now I will turn tail and run before anyone catches me 🙂

Basically as cofeefan put it very nicely just in the masculine form, I don’t care about family as long as they are nice normal sweet people and she will be a good wife and mother to our family

Onegoal: *blush* aww thanx! I enjoy designing (from houses to signatures) and I like making people happy. Hey! That just gave me an idea! Maybe I should go into interior design AND carpentry (off topic I know I just had to say it. K back to signatures)

I would say, depending on what you put between the goal posts would determine which ones you should use. For example if you would use an exclamation point, the slanted ones would probably go better (though I like the slanted ones better myself anyways)

Yummy: nice! You worked out getting your full screen name in there! I like! It wasn’t entirely my idea, candy had a big hand in it. All I came up with was how to make a cupcake.

If you are almost twenty then I assume you are older than me (I turned 19 almost 4 months ago (no I don’t usually calculate these things).

Candy: True that is one way to deduce things. I don’t know for sure that only a girl would use such a name, after all it is a good cover and guys like cupcakes also, at least I know I do. Though I would assume you are a (teenage) she from the way you post. It also helps that I remember what you said. =D

Eclipse: what I mean is even though you would be having two (or more depending) brokers working at the same time, I wouldn’t schedule more than one viewing at a time (per viewing not per broker). Now that I am thinking about it, if one broker doesn’t know about the other(s) what would happen if they showed you the same house? …

Onegoal: thanx! ‘Preciate the compliment. Apparently either I didn’t see your post when I gave a suggestion or yours came in while I was still typing mine up. I think your idea is quite swell just with my twist (using alternate parentheses) though you idea does seem to have a spin off of my signature (smileys on either side/cupcakes on either side …)

How’s this ~{]cupcake[}~ (or she can put yummy in between-her choice after all it is her signature we are discussing. I am correct that YC is a she, right? (I forgot already)

Eclipse: I wasn’t able to get information about any places but I was given a suggestion. Have you tried talking to a broker (I think that is what they are called) directly rather than looking at advertisements? I do believe there are brokers who deal specifically with C8

Hrm that is more difficult. We had small classes big classrooms in highschool. In elementary purim time itself if it wasn’t in class we couldn’t do much (we had a purim carnival-no shtick). Sorry for this one I may be out

Kapusta: Yeah … I miss those days though I wasn’t here for the late night ones (I didn’t have access then at night) but I was here for the during the day ones. That was when you were taking your regents (hey! I remembered! I am so proud of myself! Lol). I wonder where jax went, do you think he got upgraded to a mod? Remember us discovering he was half mod half poster? Wow the nostalgia is hitting hard. If I feel the CR would be something she doesn’t go for (horrors that it could even be true! =D) then yes I would mention it before getting engaged. If I feel she would go for it I would probably do it right before getting engaged if she does go for it but is not on I would probably ask her to join the CR. If she is here already … Well she will know who I am the moment the shidduch comes up

I don’t think disagreement would be an issue because if we disagreed here we would probably disagree on real life and probably not get engaged (though I haven’t really found anybody here that I disagree with that strongly)

Cshapiro: No you gotta do what daas torah says. You should however take into account what your parents say because usually they know what they are talking about. If you do decide to go out on a date with this guy do NOT allow these feelings to get anywhere near the situation otherwise you will not be able to make an unbiased decision and unconsciously it will be a lot harder on the boy
