I could tell the story myself (I was the second rebbe’s shammash for a short stint) but it would have to be concise as I don’t want to upset the mods.
Out of curiosity what brought on the interest/question?
Wait, do you want to know how the rebbe came to be rebbe in boston or how in boston he became rebbe?

It was quite nice. I didn’t end up seeing rabbi wilhelm but that could have been due to me not getting in until 20 minutes before shkia (something went awry with the busses and their scheduled departure times) and wanting to spend the entire shabbos with my parents and daven by my (the) rebbe. I do plan on going in again in two weeks (yes so soon again) to move all my stuff out (I am renting a 12 footer) so if the mesivta hasn’t left to ohr shraga yet (ehich I believe they did) I may make a special effort.
You should have seen what my parents’ faces looked like the entire shabbos caused by me coming in. It was just awesome and they were very happy and excited to see me.

What gave you the idea that I am flying? I am taking a bus (I don’t have my own car yet and I don’t have the kind of money to rent especially as I am under 25). I work too and really don’t have the ability to get to boston for shabbos but I spoke with my manager and he (very nice of him) let me leave early.

Yes it is a beautiful place. There are actually trees alongside the sidewalk lol. Can I ask why you can’t go back or is that too personal? If I see him I would be sending regards not only from coffee addict but also my brothers (along with the rest of my brothers’ chevra-yes two of my brothers went to the mesivta though if you know my family well enough then you knew that already). This entire shabbos is for my parents so I don’t know if I will end up in his area (or that he didn’t go to the country)

Blinky: I am now officially (as in I might have to pop out again for a bit. Don’t worry it is for good reasons. But it won’t be a leaving just a term of absence) back. My limericks have kinda run dry as I am very busy so I don’t really have the time or energy to let the artistic talent(?) Flow.
Coffee addict: no it isn’t a split personality, it was just during a full absence (I was occupied)
But I am very touched that I am missed 🙂

That depends where the mods are and if they are up. There is no real set time as they are all volunteer so it is whenever they log in. I don’t know if there are international mods (mods outside the us) but I have seen posts go through pretty late at night.

If I may be so bold as to suggest that you find an activity, someone’s company, etc that calms you down, and then try and analyze for what could be the source of these feelings. It is very difficult to do amidst the turmoil but that is usually the best time to grab a chance at working out the issue.
Then again it may just be time to take a breather, relax, recharge, and then come back to whatever it is at hand.
