I hope you are exaggerating. If not, is this a school like machon, BY of boro park or a more “cool” type of school?

Where is this question coming from aren’t you still in school? Is your question regarding retirement investments like 401k’s? I mean seriously what can we plan now for 40+ years from now? Do we know what will be in 5 years from now or even 5 days from now? Please elaborate on what you are asking.
WIYMemberGosh I become a kid again every Purim and eat fist fulls of nosh. I hope this year I will control myself. I think I almost get to ad delo yada from the nosh lol.

February 15, 2013 6:21 am at 6:21 am in reply to: Can One Report a Driver to Police for Grabbing a Designated Handicap Parking? #930115WIYMemberyitchokm
If it doesn’t belong to you and you have no business being there and you are stopping a handicapped person from being able to use the spot. The spot belongs to handicapped persons. Basically its reserved parking and you have no business there.
Oh and of course Rav Chaim can only finish Shas every year beiyun and.be a baki in kol hatorah kulah but something as complex as a handicapped parking space is just beyond his capabilities to comprehend, and asking the relevant questions is also beyond his mental capacity. Are YOU STUPID?!
WIYMembermod please break up paragraphs Im on a phone and editing is a.big hassle. Thanks

Guess what, you usually only hear about the people it worked for because they are all excited about it and they tell the world and the world tells their friends and families and little sisters and pet frogs and what not. Don’t get too caught up in the segulah craze. Listen to me, I don’t know your sisters age but the way Shidduchim work is that every has their right time. Its not just a thing people say, its real. There’s a specific second and moment in time when Hashem has in His plans that it would be best for your sister to get engaged. Some people Hashem decrees to get engaged right away some people have to date a few years. I know plenty of people that got engaged after 5-10 years of being in Shidduchim and they are so happy and they wouldn’t want to have married anyone else because they know that this guy or girl is the RIGHT ONE for them and their ideal person to build a mishkan with. Its very nice of you to want to help your sister and hopefully she will get engaged bekarov but don’t let the wait get you down. Hashem has a plan for everyone and everyone has their time. When she meets the right one she will know it and all the waiting and stress will fly out the window. You will see!
WIYMemberThis is really a mood thing but tuna beigels can go pretty much any time by me.Lot (& cream cheese!) im usually up for, Coffee is great anytime but I avoid it once it gets later in the day. I do want to sleep and I would like to avoid becoming a coffee addict. Cocoa, well if its really good its more a morning thing by me and in the winter. I also like schnitzis lol.

My point is that the people behind the show are heavily influenced by non Jewish entertainment and quite obviously look up to what the non Jews do and want to be like them. The producers are not relying on Daas Torah but rather on their own warped Daas. Im happy Avraham Fried left the show. He is too good for that.
WIYMembersnowbunny3318
The problem is that we know that the “goyim” have such a show in the first place. If we would live the way we should we would have never heard of American Idol et al. I speak to myself as well when I say this…
WIYMemberPurp
If you don’t know what you are saying I cant see any segulah working. The point is to say it with Kavannah and the zchus not just of reading it, but of you becoming a changed person by reading it, will be a zchus for the intended person that they get engaged. If you are the same person before and after its a waste of time. Sorry.

I asked about ticketing. (It appears that one cant have a car towed without ticketing so it will be necessary to do both)
The answer was that “One may do whatever it takes to get the mazik/ganav away.”

“The law does not give you property rights over that area; you cannot sue for trespass; and you are not permitted to remove cars that are there.”
You can have them legally ticketed and towed.

Correction I was told he can be towed I never asked about ticketed I was just told straight out that I can have him towed. I need to find out about ticket. Either way towing will cost him money so there’s no problem costing him money the question is if you have an obligation to minimize it and therefore not give him a ticket.

I just feel that I’m not ready (and may never be ready)to say good bye to Haagen Dazs, Ben & Jerry’s, and lots of other goodies lol.
WIYMemberMaybe the mice are coming because you block peoples driveways.
February 13, 2013 9:23 pm at 9:23 pm in reply to: No Parking Anytime Signs in Front of Shuls #930064WIYMemberPopa
You think that if you block someones legal driveway, and either block their car in, which causes them tzar and loss of time and possibly money if they are late to work…there wont be an oinesh from shomayim?

You still have a mitzvah and chiyuv of mishloach manos. So make sure you give at least one “package” of 2 different items to one person.
WIYMemberTorah
What’s the question?
WIYMemberLoca
They charge a hefty sum.
