i think michigan dosent take points from other states.a lawyer wont help you.an honest lawyer will tell you its a losing battle in S.I.The highway patrol officers have their testimony down to a science,and you wont catch them making a mistake even if they didnt use laser or radar and just paced you.plus ther are only two administrative law judges,who both are impossible to win by, especially brian levine who has the highest conviction rate in the whole 5 boroughs.(just google traffic court staten island)got caught going 27 over on the 440,and two other tickets there .so have a little experience with the court there.you can push it off at least twice with paying a bond the 2nd time but go to a diff borough to do that bec levine doesnt like pushing it off.

i have been to traffic court too mant times,and have a few pieces of advice.first of all in brooklyn traffic court you can get a nice judge who will push it off twice without posting bond.also hoping the cop wont show up is a shot in the dark bec they get overtime and often show up on off-days.now unless you can really show the judge why the cop is wrong, they will always believe the officer over you.and in staten island YOU HAVE NO CHANCE even with a lawyer.only two judges and they are both pro cop.most lawyers wont walk in there.queens and the bronx used to be easier to win but now with the ticket fixing scandel,prob every cop will remember all details and show
of course men should have better shmiras e,but the shorter skirts/tighter clothing doesnt make it easier.even in the frumest communities its a massive problem.and its time the rebitzens,teachers woke up
