trybepoliteParticipant
i dont think this is true but its funny anyway.
A boy is getting ready for his 1st date. he is told to talk about family, love and philosophy. he picks the girl up and they get to the hotel.
ok. 1st family. he asks her “do you have siblings?”
she says no.
ok. next love. he asks her “do you love cheese?”
she says no to that too.
and lastly philosophy. he asks “if you had siblings do you think you would like cheese?”trybepoliteParticipantHashem loves you like elderly parents love an only child.
There is always a reason to smile you just have to find it
trybepoliteParticipanti know this isnt public school but the Lubavitcher Rebbe went to university
trybepoliteParticipantWell so far in England, the Gatshead Rabbonim have said only to give to a couple neighbours, and in Manchester, the Rabbonim haven’t come out with anything yet but the police are going to be out there in full force, looking for people to get into trouble so we need to be super careful here if we don’t want to get £10,000 fines.
i dont know what London are doing.trybepoliteParticipantGadolhatorah: i was being perfectly serious and i still am. we have to live in “moshiach tzeiten” and act how we would when moshiach comes. i think you know that i didnt mean literal seeing. i mean to open our inner eyes and see how ready the world is for moshiach and that all we need to do is “polish our buttons” and he will be here!!
trybepoliteParticipant“Is he here?”
Moshiach is very much here we just have to open our eyes!!
trybepoliteParticipant@gadolhatorah
“where have you been for the past 4 years when we had to endure the nightly P&G visuals emanating from the WH and MAGA rallies??”im not sure if it ever occurred to you but the whole world isnt America.
trybepoliteParticipantwhat you are saying is 100% true. but its a shame that there is nowhere that tells whats going on in the world in a way that fits up to my and im sure many other people’s standards.
im most probably still going to go on yeshiva world news to see whats going on but i guess i wont watch any videos that i have doubt about. (maybe thats a good thing:))
trybepoliteParticipantor how about, i am accepting that i have a taava for looking at the news so, instead of going somewhere where a Frum Jew shouldn’t be, i was going to what i thought was a sight that caters to people who want to see the news but don’t want to see all the pritzus and grobkeit that come with it.
trybepoliteParticipantFor example i was really unimpressed to see on the videos they had of the inauguration, there were many such things. i know they were many hour long videos but if you aren’t sure then don’t put them on!!
isn’t that kind of defeating the purpose of this sight to provide kosher news to the people who dont want to go on the mainstream sights??
trybepoliteParticipantsorry if i didnt make myself clear. i didnt mean the ads, i meant when i click on an article on Yeshiva World News, as well as the news there are videos of not so appropriate things.
i do not go on such sights that it would show me ads for those things.

trybepoliteParticipantmaybe the fact that a lot of perfectly good shidduchim are rejected on money grounds…
