babygoose – I cannot thank you enough for your response. I just spoke to ptex group and we might be going with them. It is exactly what we needed; a frum call center.
Dash- the reason it needs to be frum is that the nature of the business is that they need to be familiar with Shabbos, Yeshivos, etc.
more- thank you for the suggestion- for professionalism we really need to have a person answer every time and the ones working in the company cannot usually pick up
