    yashrus20 – are you saying that what what we call charaidi in america is torani in israel and that when americans make aliyah they are moving into a place that isn’t what the kids are used to?

    In order to cut costs we mainly eat parve meals during the week. chicken and/ or fish only on Shabbat.

    i love facebook! it helps me keep in touch with friends and family. one of the benefits to facebook is that only the people that you welcome as your friends can see your information.

    as for high schoolers…if you are sure as a parent that your child will only be friends with actual friends and relatives, then why shouldn’t they have facebook? as with any and every activity children need guidance and supervision 🙂
