I voted for Turner because i lean to the right, i didnt tell anyone who i was voting for and no one told me who to vote for. The biggest reason i voted Turner was because i knew it would be a big boosha to the prez if the dems lost this seat.

When u r out of work there is nothing wrong with asking a business owner if they have any openings or can offer a reference the worst they can do is say no.
Scissors i don’t think its our place to mock people who have a different belief system, a lot of the things we do can easily be mocked as well. We should set an example and be tolerant of others beliefs (as long as those beliefs to not present a danger to Klal Yisroel) in the hope that they will be tolerant of ours.

Some people might think that someone who quits his job in this economy is lazy if he did quit even if thats not the reason it might reflect badly on him i think its probably a white lie or maybe he has another job lined up so he really is still employed.
Chatting isnt necessarily an intent to get too close to you, it may have been an attempt to make you comfortable and feel like part of the team, there is a single girl where i work who will never say hello to me i dont think tznius should override mentchlichkite.

I was a student in my fathers class and it was a horrifying year most of it i have blocked out but one moment i remember like it just happened i was reading a pasuk and i stumbled over a letter and he said look he doesnt even know the aleph bais to say i was mortified is an understatement i was used to hearing my father denigrating me at home but to do so in front of my peers left an indelible mark on me.
