It’s simple you overcook chicken breast then grind it up finely and take pretzels ( i prefer the logs for this) coat them in flour eggs and then the ground chicken and then bake @ 350 for 15 minutes duh.
and because of photography at weddings the amount of makeup being worn is obscene, why would you want to look at a picture of your sisters wedding in 20 years and think why do i look like a clown?

I have a coworker who was particularly distraught over the election results and when another coworker asked me how i felt about it in front of her even though i voted for Trump i said lets not talk about this right now knowing she was so upset.

I was not only an introvert but I sincerely hated being around people I remember once going to a Chanukah party where I knew a lot of people and chose to sit at a table by myself someone I knew from the next table over says come over here why sit alone I know his gesture was a sincere one but I refused.
Back then I didn’t like myself so why should I imagine someone else will so it became a self fulfilling prophecy I wouldn’t give them the chance to reject me so I did it first, after going through therapy I became more comfortable in my own skin and started giving people a chance to see the real me now I am totally opposite I am never afraid of a social situation and I am often the life of the party.
Now I am not suggesting you need therapy or suffer from low self esteem but you have to like who you are and then you will allow others to like you.

Have a mantra when u feel you are about to say something bad say something to yourself like I am better than this, at first its difficult but it gets easier.

I think one way to be happy in your status is to not listen to any moron who tells you why you are single, you do not have to accept condescension from anyone and if someone is being nosy, judgemental or just a jerk you have the right to stand up for yourself and call them out for their insulting behaviour just because they are elderly, or married does not give them the right to make you feel like garbage.

Health I am not a democrat I am conservative but I don’t feel that those whose opinions differ from mine politically deserve to be ostracized. I think their views are wrong but I don’t demonize the person.
What used to really tick me off when i worked in an office is parents would get a call from school that their kid is sick and then bring that child to the office!! the school dismissed the child for fear of spreading illness to others and the parent brings that child to the workplace, cant afford a babysitter? I don’t care I don’t want to get sick.
