Jews do not care what a person does, who a person loves, etc. Jews just want to be left alone. Jews shouldn’t care about gay rights, prison reform, etc. only that we are left alone to give our sons a bris.
And i wouldn’t say “extreme liberalism” to describe the current Left – liberalism is exactly the root of the word – freedom, to be able to do what you want. Jews, after our 2000 year marathon around the world finally found a society that would just leave us alone and allow us to be free. The ACLU was filled with Jews and they even defended Nazi’s when they wanted to march. Freedom means allowing those who you disagree with to in fact disagree with you, not forcing them to accept your values. This is why Jews are liberals.
