I like the idea of a magazine printing worldly stories as well, and not just Jewish ones. But why can’t they write normal, mainstream stories- and not creepy ones?

To me, it is also ridiculous that they feel they must connect every story to a Jewish source, so the first paragraph of a weird story will have some whacky, far-fetched connection to some Jewish source.

Although their cover stories are usually mainstream.

I think it is a very strange publication. Some articles are mainstream, but others are the type of stories you would hear on a 2am freaky radio show, along with ‘out-of-body-experiences’ and UFOs. I think it is a creepy magazine, especially for young kids. my opinion.

Don’t know where the first one is from. The third song, Ashrei Mi is sung by Shloime Gertner on his album, ‘Assei’ The last song, I think is ‘Ki Lo Yitosh”, by MBD, although I may be wrong.

Thanks for introducing, anyway. it’s really nice.

that we pour one extra cup and call it ‘Kos Shel Eliyahu Hanavi’ to allude that we believe that just like we were redeemed from Mitzrayim, Hashem will redeem us again, and send Eliyahu to inform us.

That’s a far cry from saying he comes and drinks from the cup. Unless it is a Medrish or Kabbalah or something.

Toyota Sienna Vs. Honda Odyssey, 2013

    Comparison Review

    Comfort

Passengers in the backseat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Honda Odyssey than in the Toyota Sienna, due to its greater head- and legroom. As far as headroom and legroom go, there’s not much difference between front seat comfort in the Toyota Sienna and the Honda Odyssey.

    Convenience

With the Honda Odyssey, you will definitely be making fewer stops at the gas station than with the Toyota Sienna, due to its tank size and fuel economy.

    Cost

There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The Toyota Sienna is somewhat more expensive than the Honda Odyssey. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it’s built. Both the Toyota Sienna and the Honda Odyssey have similar Destination Charges.

    Dimensions

The Toyota Sienna is a little narrower than the Honda Odyssey, so you’ll have an easier time getting in and out of the car in a tight parking spot. When looking at overall length, the Toyota Sienna takes up about the same amount of space in your garage as the Honda Odyssey.

    Drivetrain

With similar torque, the Toyota Sienna and the Honda Odyssey are about even in transmitting their respective horsepower to the wheels.

    Handling

The Toyota Sienna has a larger turning radius than the Honda Odyssey, making it slightly more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

    Performance

If you’ve got something you need to pull, the Toyota Sienna will do just as well as the Honda Odyssey, since they have about the same towing capacity. The Toyota Sienna has a little more horsepower than the Honda Odyssey.

    Utility

The Toyota Sienna has less seating than the Honda Odyssey, making the Honda Odyssey the better choice, if you need to chauffeur many passengers. You’ll be able to fit about the same amount of groceries in the Toyota Sienna as you will in the Honda Odyssey.

    Warranty

The Toyota Sienna comes with essentially the same basic warranty as the Honda Odyssey.

The MB is saying that even in the view of those who say

‘Reicha milta hi’ – (aroma is a concern regarding year-round kashrus – in yoreh de’yah)

Even they agree that when you double-wrap, reicha is not an issue to begin with. Not year round (yoreh de’yah), nor on Pesach.

(This was prevalent way back when there was only a shared community oven)

I am sorry, In the first post of this thread, I mistranslated the Mishnah Berurah. So here the correct text:

    ???? ????? ?????, ?”? – The Main Mitzvah (Marror) is with lettuce.

    ????, ????? ??? ????? ?????? ??????? ???? ???? ???? ???? ??????, ??? ??? ??? ?? ???? ????? ?????? ,???? ?????, ??? ??”? ?’ ?’, ?”?

“I have seen many weak people that exert themselves to be Mekayeim Mitzvas Marror with stalkes, and I don’t know why they don’t just take Leaves for the Mitzvah”,(Mishna Berura)

    rebdoniel-

    “Maror isn’t horseradish”

    Marror IS horseradish AS WELL.

“Lettuce is maror. The Bavli and the Shulhan Arukh are clear that you use hazeret- romaine lettuce- for maror.”

No they are not. Horseradish is mentioned as far back as the Mishnah- for Marror (called Tamchah). It is also mentioned in the Bavli and the Shulchan Aruch. (where are you getting your info from?)

“Horseradish seems to have been used because they didn’t have green vegetables in Europe”

The Chofetz Chaim (Hafetz Haim) lived in Europe, and says people use Romaine Lettuce ???? ?????, ??? ??”? ?’ ?’, ?”? , so there’s strike 3.

Sam2- ???? ?????, ??? ??”? ?’ ?, says openly that ????”? – (Chrain) is Tamcha, which can be used for Marror. It may not be optimal, but it IS good for Marror. So please verify.

Also, as for the ‘Big Event’, he closed that concert. And he made ‘The Event’ -which was even bigger, with permission from most Gedolim (-the ones who did not ban his CDs)
