When a jew marries out, your talking about his religion. When a non jew marries out , usually it means out of his race or ethnicity. Theres no comparison whatsoever.

Midwest2, from your comment ,its obvious that you are assuming that the gut is looking for an unmarried woman. In my opinion the op is asking a general question about redding a once married guy to a never married woman. Never does the op say that the guy want her redt to him

Fairly common sense, that platonic relationships are unnatural.

Why would doing something un natural lay a role in the question
We as yiddin do many things which are unnatural on a daily basis.

Maybe that person is in violation of halacha by virtue of Dina Demalchusa Dina. But he has been accessing his property, and has a chazakah of doing so for a long period of time. May I block him?

If ddmd applies then how can he have established a chazaka . I dont believe a chazaka can be established if it was done through an avaira, ie: ddmd.

Would a shul of thieves (or inside traders, or just plain old fashioned gonifs) be such a controversy? Just because a Yid is flunking at one mitsva does not exempt them from the rest. And frankly, would we want such persons, even if they are otherwise frum, in our shuls?
    ——————————–
The fact is, known ganovim, rapist, and molesters are in shul and are given aliyos and treated as a regular congregant. But no one seems to bothered by that.

I think we need to separate parents and children, or at the very minimum install a third-party observer in homes with minor children, since statistically parental abuse FAR FAR exceeds that of sibling abuse. Parents certainly should not be alone in a child’s room with only the child (or children.

Everything “happens”. But to make it a general problem that people have to take concrete steps to prevent is absurd.

This is precisely what was said some 20 odd years ago when molestation rumors started to surface. Just for the record, molestation issues and incest issues are not reserved to any type of person or religion. It can affect anyone anywhere

They’re wrong. The general public does not need to worry about sibling abuse when there’s no specific reason to worry. It is extremely rare. And to make a general warning is absurd. Amudim has many opinions that are wrong and aren’t the experts they pretend to be.

Rather, it’s a fee on giving out free bags. Why is that illegal?

Some states and municipalities have already banned or put a fee on bags, and I don’t know of any that were deemed unconstitutional.
    ——————————
So according to your logic ,if stores now decide to charge 4 bags for a penny then the government can no longer add thier 5 cent fee because i paid for the bags??

It’s not a tax, it’s a fee, more like a bottle deposit (except you don’t get it back). I doubt if there’s any prohibition against stores not charging customers (just as they can include sales tax in the price of an item).
    ———————————-
Actually its more like cigarette tax to deter people from lighting up
Does that mean that if a store gives out free cigs to people , it much charge tax like a plastic bag?
This whole plastic bax tax makes zero sense legally speaking.
If one wishes to recycle thier bags then go ahead , but to tax peple on free bags sounds ludicrous.

Because your telling me that one does not need to buy something in order to be taxed on it.
If i get a tracter trailer of of bags for free, do i need to pay tax on it ?
