Yes I’m looking for organized group, not just people coming.
I will research the Yalili group.
The twins from France seem like more of a Bar Mitzva type of entertainers.

Spoiler86MemberIt will be in Eden Palace in July
Spoiler86MemberThanks for the ideas so far.
But does anybody know of a religious dance group or break-dancers?

I agree with you. Like I said in my post, some people in the crowd are against the separate dancing or think not as interesting as when it is separate.
Spoiler86MemberI got the halachic part of it, now Im looking for comfort reasons?

The most informative were aries2756 & m in Israel
We will begin with just having a DVD player. If we ever feel the need to watch something, we’ll have that.
I really appreciate EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU who took time to discuss this.
Thanks again

I’m talking from ‘experience’
I always had a TV in the house I grew up in. I never felt the need to go to friend’s houses for TV. On the other hand, there were classmates who wanted to come over to my house to watch some TV.
Now in no way should I equate all children to the above situation. However, another focal point in our decision is that most of our family, friends and neighbors are the types to have TV’s. So we’re expecting our kids to be friends with their kids. That’s what I meant about our future kids Iy’h ‘wanting’ to watch TV so be better it be in our house than in other people’s homes where you can’t really control what’s being watched.

While my fiance is also mostly news related material.
Aries2756, we were thinking of doing it your way. We’ll begin without a TV and then decide that from moving forward. However, my ‘fear’ is that if we do ever decide we want the TV back, it will be b/c we were ‘bored’ and needed the TV just to be there. I dont want it to ever get to that point so maybe having the TV from the beginning and then gradually getting away from it?
Spoiler86MemberAfter watching the video, I have a few questions:
1) How did those 2 arsonists get the ladder there. They drove in a small black sedan and right there was a huge ladder. Either it was planned out a couple days before where they come and placed the ladder there. If thats the case, they can check the video cameras from previous days for more clues of how the ladder got there. Maybe it was planned out from with in and the ladder was left there on purpose just to get the insurance money?
2) Why wasn’t the sprinklers or alarms connected with the fire department. Most stores of that size have it directly connected with the fire department. If that’s the case, they would’ve been at the scene sooner and found the information quicker. As it is, all this was only revealed Motzei chag, about 24-30 hours later which is plenty of time for those 2 people to escape the country.
Spoiler86MemberThe firm I’m interviewing with is Grant Thornton if that helps in terms of anyone here knowing the environment there.
I think I’m going to shave for the interview but definitely wear my yarmulke.
Thanks everyone for the help/suggestions/comments.
