    Like with all life issues – think long term. If you stick to your BB, what will your life and relationships look like in 10 years from now? If you are smart – then that should be enough to encourage you to turn it off when your eating supper or spending time together.

    You are directly inspired by the music you listen to. The spiritual level of the composer affects your spiritualitly, as well. Music is a very powerful when it comes to our emotions. It’s worth being selective of the music you listen to.
