”BTW.
There is no mention of “gezel sheina” in the entire gemara or shulchan aruch.”
If you are not holding in Shulchan Aruch and all the ‘Gemaras’, please do not act like you are holding in shas and poskim, since it may be Chanifa!!!!! Since it is brought in the in Rashba Bava Basra perek Lo Yachpor, the Concept of ‘Mazik Sheina’!!! And as The first rabeinu yonah in Pikei avot states “that even though the Isur of Mazik is not written Mefurash in the Torah however it is Poshut that it is included in the Isur of Gezel. see also Tur סימן שע”ח, that writes that just like it is forbidden to steal so to it is forbiden to be Mazik. see bach there!!!!!Reb Yid 613ParticipantKlugeryid: Obviously you are not as klug as you state you are since I bet you do not own a shop, since if you did you would probably say that returning the A/C is shoplifting mamish.
Don’t be a tzadik on others back.
Stand in their shoesReb Yid 613ParticipantRebYid23:
That is a totally different problem to tzaar baalei Chaim.
Furthermore this is ask hocus, since according to most poskim there is only tzaar ballei Chaim by animals that serve youNovember 1, 2019 8:43 am at 8:43 am in reply to: Is playing a musical instrument a negative??? #1796440Reb Yid 613ParticipantJoseph: Maybe it is better to read books or magazines (as long as it is not devarim asurim mamish) since books and magazines cannot take ones focus away from anything important, you read for 1,2,3,6 hours and than you go back to life. However a musical instrument can change ones focus of life totally.
Reb Yid 613ParticipantThere is no such quote by Chazal. Rather the opposite the Gemara in Sukkah (Daf 35) states that if you grow an esrog in a mold, as long as it is a mold that is the shape of an esrog it is Kosher!!!! The Gemara did not answer that it is Tzar Baalei Chaim!!!
Therefore Lehalacha one is Allowed to grow a bonsai. And anyone who says that you may not in the name of chazal is talking devarim betailm gemurim!!!!!!Reb Yid 613ParticipantI would like to explain the Sevarah of the 2 Dayos in the Shulchan Aruch.
The Shulchan Aruch brings 2 Dayos 1. Till Kedusha 2. The shiur of 4 Amos.
The sevarah of the Shulchan Aruch is that you want to show HaShem that you are not moving away from HaShem until you absolutely have to go somewhere else. -
