Saying that every girl must learn to sew is totally ridiculous ive never heard such a crazy thing in my life!
You may as well say that every boy MUST learn plumbing and joinery and electricianry because thats whats always needed in a house! I mean COME ON!!!! Sewing isnt so easy you know! (i know from personal experience i learnt sewing in school and high school and sem and i STILL cant sew!!)so thank goodness for dressmakers!
I dont understand – OF COURSE you can tell if the shirt youre wearing is mens or womens! Its cut differently and fits differently! Personally i would be totally embarrassed to be wearing a mens shirt!

Where does maths come in? Honestly i dont know why men feel so threatened, and get so nervous and defensive, whenever were talking about girls learning gemora or whateva.. I sometimes get the feeling like men are scared to let women learn, because they are too good at it or something.

Rabbi Avigdor Miller is absolutely terrific, i read tons of his books and he really makes issues such as evolution very clear – read them and you will not have any more questions – i guarantee! I used to be very skeptical and had tons of questions, and reading his books made everything so clear and the torah hashkofo made so much sense, whilst the theories and evolution ideas were so clearly rubbish! He brings scientific proofs and quotes famous theorists to clearly show how evolution is made up and doesnt make sense.

ok il tell u some that i know… a man whos active in nk was in a train station and suddenly a guy starteed screaming at him hey you filthy zionist murderer etc so this man went over to him and told him hey im actually on the way back from some pro palestine conference and he told him about nk well the guy was dead impressed and said sorry i didnt ralize that some jews are also against those bloody zionists and he shook hands and was so nice after. this type of thing happens all the time with nk activists, and they get so many emails from arabs, which i have sseen, all starting- i am a muslim and i hated all jews i thought all of them were evil but i came across your website/saw you on tv/saw you at rallies/attended a rally which you also paarticipated in, and you opened my eyes to see that jews are not necessarily zionists and there are a lot of you who support us and thanx for being a spark of light in this crazy situation with israel, peace onto you… these are real words (from my memory) which i have seen. the arab leaders themselves have told nk how much they appreciate them, and realise the diference between jew and zionist, BASICALLY i cant think of everything off the top of my head but its pretty clear that they are at least lessening anti semitism which we should be grateful for- if anyone knows of them causing anti semitism i would love to hear. its the zionists who are the cause of all anti semitism in the world if not for them the gedolim all said moshiach would alreadyhave come.
if you hate neturei karta then you are being quite hypocritical. i somhow have a feeling that you do not personally know anyone from nk and have just based opinions on media and public opinion. i know ppl who are very active in nk and believe me they are the kindest most sincere ppl i know who love their fellow jews and really mean everything they do for the right reasons and they do NOT love the arabs its just an outward show to calm the arabs down, and they have succeeded on a big scale i could tell u lots of stories if you want. they have ddas torah and it is a pure issur min hatorah to hate your fellow jew and that is a fact you cant argue with. so if you dont accept their views then just ignore, and think to yourself if you are doing anything better for Hashems sake!they are not doing it for attention believe me they get such tzoros from it.

myrabbi once told me that the reason Hashem made it that opposite genders will blush one reason is that they will b embarrassed to do stupid things because they will end up blushing- i know that doesnt always work but he said that its a gift from Hashem when you are like that because it stops you from flirting etc

i dont get it! in lots of places eg the thing you put into a newborns crib it has a hamsa so it must be in the sifrei kabbala(although i have never learnt it obviously)but im sure it must be from kabbala- it is such a jewish symbol! also i have another question- how come all this hamsa jewelry is much more popular with non frum ppl than with frum?

ive never had an issue with shabos prob cos im still pretty young, but there are SO many things i give up on a day to day basis because i want to stay frum and do what Hashem wants- every single yid gives up things all the time, and i really get so inspired when i hear personal stories, however ‘small’ because it can be so difficult.
Actually, there was a time, couple of months ago when there was an event going on friday night and i was pretty desperate to watch it, i knew places where they would have it live on TV but at the last minute i stopped myself from going to watch on shabbos- i watched it later online, and it was an amazing feeling!
its part of belonging to the frum world. its dead annoying when everyone knows everything about you ive had too much experience of that myself 🙁 but its still worth it to belong to the frum community i think!
because theres things from my friends that i dont really want anyone to see… not necessarily bad stuff but not the type that i would want to share- nothing to do with trust.

i would not share my email password with my parents because i wouldnt want them to see my things- i would share it with my friends if they wanted to know so i guess it might be the same with my husband when i get him…pin codes are totally different and i often give it to my parents because obviously they are not gonna steal!

i actually have seen a lot of positive come from netureei karta with my own eyes i have read many letters from muslims and pro palestinians sent to NK where they tell how they hated all jews and would spit on the street every time they would see one, and after seeing or attending anti zionist rallies and seeing orthodox jews sympathising with them they realized that not all jews are evil and they are much more favourably disposed of jews now- instead of spewing out hatred at members of klal yisroel whether or not you agree with them, how about researching and finding out exactly how much good they are actually doing for the yiden! they are definatly lessening the anti semitism in the world that is a fact- and you just shout at them?

i once heard that the way yani’s music works is that they record horrific sounds such as a baby having surgery without anasthetic and lions eating wolves etc and they change it digitally to make it into a musical sound. such things are not what our neshomos can stand to listen to, so since i heard that im much more careful about what music i hear.
I take a bunch of little boys swimming often-get them ready, then there is two men who go in the pool with them but its part of my job to stay near the pool, and watch the kids incase any of them want to come out early or whatever. I dont find it a problem but some of my friends are totally shocked that i would sit by the pool when there are men there. I cant really decide whats right- maybe i should ask a rov?
