In my community in Israel almost no one wears a wig ( except for a few chabad women). Everyone wears scarves in various different styles. I and most of my friends here agree that the scarves are a lot nicer than wigs. I have a large collection of different scarves and even if I would add up how much all my scarves cost it would still be cheaper than a wig and yes I do have a few expensive scarves that I use for Shabbat. I have spoken to women in other communities and they have told me that they wish it was more common in their community so they would be able to wear it. I think if we made more common in day Lakewood or other communities more women would wear it. I think if this was adopted more widely it would save a lot of money. It is also a lot more tzniut than a wig and in my opinion more beautiful. I’m

I wouldn’t be too suspicious if they’re asking for the hygiene kits themselves like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. not money. I have yet to hear of scammers tricking people into giving them toothbrushes. But everyone should be careful where you give your money and make sure that it is a verified campaign.

As far as I know the court doesn’t make the laws. They strike down a law based on a “reasonableness” standard. The problem with this is that the court is made up of left wing activists and they just strike down what they don’t like. In addition the judges appoint their own successors. What the reforms are supposed to do is prevent activists from only passing laws that benefit the leftists and also change the way judges are appointed.
Hope this helps. Also great username.

I think we should rally around who’s most likely to win the republican primaries. It is also a good idea to wait and see. Keep in mind things change very quickly in these elections there is still a chance someone new will jump in.
As for the candidates, maybe look at Vivek Ramaswamy. I find him to be very respectable, he is anti woke and doesn’t seem like he will alienate trump voters.

    To the OP
Good for you that you for looking to spend time in a kosher environment. I was a teenage girl too and I completely understand that you need an outlet. Pay no attention to the “tzaddim” desperate to prove how pious they are. It is completely normal and healthy for a teenage girl to want to chill and hangout with friends. I would honestly worry about a teenager who doesn’t want that. The fact that you are looking for a kosher, all girls environment to hangout in is something you should be commemorated on. Enjoy yourself, relax, have fun.
To all those who feel the need to shame this girl for the crime of being a normal teenager, I would like to send my sympathy to any daughters you may have.
