Plus you always have to judge favorably, if you see someone with a cell phone that you don’t know in shul, how do you know he rodent have q good reason? His wife may fe expecting a baby any moment or he may work for hatzalah and may have to run out in middle of davening …..ppl these days are way to quick to judge

Its not the content, its that a mod went and said something very mean to a User and publicly embarresed him, and only I think its wrong?
Syag: that’s true, and I’m not leaving, even if they don’t do something which they should. This is how I’m outletting my energy, if YOU don’t like it feel free to ignore me like half the posters on the site ignore my whole thing with SUC even though its on every post. But I feel its wrong to embarrass a User in public, feel free to ask a shaila. And I’m trying g to tell the truth and be nice at the same time, I’m sorry if I offended you or the other User.

Let them know they are not welcome, slip in mussar during the speech (if your the one who gives the speech, if not ask the guy to do it) or start an awareness program or something

Well I think protekzia is very important, it really goes by the situation, and not just how many spaces and stuff, also the people involved . They may have bigger problems than yours and not just about a yeshiva. Ask a rav. And always judge favorably

Interesting…but everyone should be allowed in a shul as long as they are Jewish, a shul is a place to daven no matter who you are. Everybody should be welcome, if you don’t want the talkative speakers try to let them know talk isn’t accepted byvputting up signs or during speeches slip in mussar about it, if they wont feel so comfortable they’ll stop or they’ll leave.

Dear Mods,
I was reading Zahava dad post above and it made me very angry, I also once wrote something that the Mods didn’t agree with and they also added bold and deleted parts. I understand this, but it is truly wrong to embarrass that User in a public website even if we don’t know his/her identity. I think you should delete the bold or rewrite it in a nicer way or just delete her post!
It is against the Torah to embarrass another Jew whether its on the Internet or real life.you should not lash out at her or him like that. When the mod whom did something similar to me did it, I wrote a post just like this and got an apology. We aren’t sure which mod you are but we would appreciate if you could please delete or change or do something and pass this message and example on to all Mods.
I’m not trying to embarress you, if you don’t feel comfortable posting this, you don’t have to, but I would like to see some change

Why was my post rejected? Anyway what I wrote in a nutshell is that there are many Jewish singers who sing inspiring music, that what got me unhooked. I advise you to find music that hits you right in the heart and makes you want to cry or music that makes you happy.
or you can try and write your own music which can be better cuz it can express exactly how you feel, its really easy! I’m younger than you and I write my own music, so surely you can too if you try!
Some suggestion for Jewish female teens like you and me are: Chanale (For women only!) Her music is rlly inspiring, she has a few songs on youtube just search!
And sorry, no links (mods please allow link this is Jewish music, but the album was made by after -seminary girls and they haven’t been able to put it on any site (ex. Mostlymusic or galpaz or else id just tell her to search it)
That album was made by some friends of mine who thought Jewish music these days is starting to get more goishye so they made their own cd, its cd, its inspiring and good!
