“How does the 14 year program work?”

    That’s a complex question.

I will very patiently, and eagerly, read your (or anyone’s) answer.

what 2 branches were zocheh to have you?

Why must it be 2 branches?

Why would a single mother include her boyfriend’s income? Legally she is not even supposed to, I believe.

Why would you be chayiv misa? The killing itself was justifiable. Only the method was not.

What constitutes that the killing is executed al pi halacha? And how will the two witnesses insure that?

Where I come from, whoever controls the money makes the decisions.

Since when is a Torah institution controlled by the money men rather than by the Torah men??

    Ein somchin al hanes.

The discussion you are quoting relates to the situation of the current generation of girls, with the contention being made that there is no longer any possible solution that they will all be able to find a shidduch.

How does saying “Ein somchin al hanes” address that point? The point was there is no natural solution possible. So what else can we do other than, in fact, hope for a nes?

Ofcourse: I don’t understand your comments. Frumkeit is not a choice that a girl can discard because it hasn’t worked out for her or she is c”v unable to marry.

anon: I think Bezalel was more concerned about the civil aspect than the religious aspect. That is what I addressed. As far as maris ayin, there is none, as there is chupa and kiddushin.

One can fully make a non-spouse have full legal standing on all their health issues. As well as on inheritance issues.

What about marriages where the couple doesn’t get a marriage license for insuranse and welfare reasons?

And why should they? There is no law mandating anyone get married to their girl or boyfriend. Many secular people live together and even have children without ever marrying, and are in full compliance with all laws. The civil law never requires one to get married.

They give you information about the donors, so you can get from a jewish donor I assume.

You said the donor is anonymous. So Mod-42’s issue still exists. The child doesn’t know who his father is and thus cannot marry.

There is no comparison to the fact that people from all over the world, not just Canada and Mexico, come to the U.S. for medical care. Including Kings and rulers of sovereign countries coming to the U.S. for treatment from halfway around the world. This fact is incomparable to any other country bar none.

When I davened is Satmar as a visitor one Friday night, almost every mispallel asked me if I have a place and invited me to their home for the seuda.

And I am the furthest thing from being chasidish, including dress. So I really don’t know what you are talking about. You wouldn’t find that anywhere else.

girls who feel they have no chance of getting married and want to have a family should pair up (as friends of course, but the law may allow for further legal ability) and adopt children, of which there is a need.

I’m not aware of any significant amount of Jewish children up for adoption. And I don’t think gentile children up for adoption is a need for our klal. Besides, I think there is an adoption waiting list for them in any event.
