Scattergories can be a bit more interactive. Or if you are really daring, you can play a game called Loaded Questions (classic game). – (google it). I’ve played it on a date and it actually went very well. We did’t quite follow the rules of the game, but used the deck of cards as a means of conversation and getting to know the other person better. The way we played the game was that each person had a stack of cards and every turn chose a category of a type of question they want to be asked, such as a hypothetical, no-brainer, or personal question. The questions can be quite funny! Some of the questions may need to be skipped and also this game should not be played on one of the first few dates. (I played it on a 5th date.)
