Speaking from personal experience, the vague prompt allows an applicant to show how well they will conform with the goals of Michlalah. Hoping that you understand that this seminary wants its student to be able to apply the education received to practical, everyday life as a Jew, that should be apparent in your personal statement. Along with that, you should express your desire to better yourself and the people you will be surrounded with while at their institution. So let them know what you have to offer others. In general, speak highly of Michlalah, and show your desire to be apart of the greatness you see in the school.
You can dare to say whatever you want(pending moderator approval), but all because you know of more individuals that forewent a proper education and later happened to have matriculated at a top law school doesn’t make it so.

A strong undergraduate education will give a prospective graduate student a leg up when taking the LSAT and in law school. Although it is totally possible to succeed at a prestigious law school without it, a proper undergraduate education will make it a whole lot easier and will give skills that a BTL simply cannot.

But perhaps a good education will help in this person’s future. A strong GPA may mean something in regards to getting in graduate schools, but a strong education gives a person even more advantages.
Go to a real college and get a real degree. Nothing can take the place of a real education.
