    So, here’s what happened: I tried password recovery again (for the 5th/6th time), put in assumed dates for signed up and last used (honestly, who remembers the date they made there account? And who remembers the last time they signed in after a year??). I answered the security question correctly and gave them two or three email address (I really wasn’t using lots of email then) and they told me that the info I provided did not match! Now what???

    twisted, I was using my own phrase to bring out a point. Hashem can give everything, He is unlimited and can dispense Brochos with no end.

    However, Hashem doesn’t a;ways “want” to pour riches and a lot of good on people for many different reasons. Some for a test, some for punishment in this world and 100,000,000 other reasons He has.

    But He also gave us Purim and Kol haposet yad, so Hashhem made a distraction so that we miss the opportunity.

    This is my understanding of what I was taught and from Sheorim I heard.

    (Please note, I have not slept in 36 hours [or maybe more…] so if something doesn’t look 100%, you can blamme it on that…)

    Please note, I do not use the phone for internet or e-mail. Nor do I use bluetooth, games, music player etc. I basically use it to call and receive calls.

    Hi everyone and thanks for your amazing help! As you can tell, I haven’t been around awhile and could not report back.

    Well, the Shabbos was GREAT! Everything worked out so well, B”H! And the cholent can out AMAZING!!

    Now this might sound silly, but I have a recipe for cole slaw which calls for wine vinegar and celery seed. Celery seed I have not found yet and could only find a big bottle of WV which was a bit expensive. Here’s the Q: can I skip the CS (I do have reg. celery, though, can I use that instead and how?) and can I use reg. vinegar?

    There seems to be a bit of confusion whether the correct “fluffer” is baking soda or baking powder. My internet “research” concluded that baking POWDER is the correct one.

    ConcernedMember: First of all, Welcome Back!

    Second of all, I really wouldn’t know what ads Google is sending me, cause they are blocked! And about the site losing ad money? I don’t know how it works. Is it, when I visit a site the advertiser gets charged for the ad or is it only when I click on a ad? If its the former, does the site recognize the ad blocker and not charge the advertiser? And if its the latter, I almost never click on ads.

    Honestly, I don’t put ketchup all over my food (and definitely not in eggs) but I do enjoy some ketchup (having some now with my FF). But why the hate? I mean, it seems like such a stupid thing! So some people like it and some don’t. Should I start a thread cause I HATE peas? If we all started threads about the foods we liked or disliked this place would be very babyish…

    I am not sure what you are referring to, however, if the pictures are ads: some ads are Google ads and Google os not “makpid” about Tznius.

    Either way, if you have Chrome or FireFox, get AdBlock today and stop the headache called ADS!!
