Mochoh: “The Rambam further states better for the Torah to get burned than it be taught to women. So whats the heter?”

mochoh: The Rambam does not say that. He says Torah shebal peh should no be taught and if it was that is tiflus, but Torah shbctav should not be taught l’chatchila but if it was it is not tiflus(Hilchos Talmud Torah 1:13). The quote of burning divrei Torah is from a yerushalmi(16a perek 3 halacha 4) quoted in tosfos in sotah 21b.

Right path: ford cars should also be on that list since henry ford who was a huge antisemite had shaychis with the germans. The fact of the matter is alot of countries hate the jews and if you made a list of products to ban you would be suprised what would be on that list.

The makka of Oraiv(mixture of animals) the passuk says the animals filled the homes of the mitzrim and they came with their land upon which they are.

There is a mishna in klayim(8:5) which refers to an animal called the adnei hasadeh, which according to some meforshim it is the creature called the yidoa which is half animal half plant. It has human like features and is connected to the ground with an umbilical cord .If the cord gets detached from the ground it dies. Now the passuk can be fully appreciated when it says it came with its ground, because even this animal came .(Rav Shimshon of Ostropoli)

See meseches Bava Matzia 83b the story with Rabbi Elazar and the king and the Ritva on the issue of the law of the land. Also see Igros Moshe OC 5:9(11 in 9)meisira regarding a ganav who stole a sefer Torah and the silver. Kovetz Tshuvos (Rav Eliyashiv) 3:231,Shevet Halevi(2:58). Once again after reading all these mekoros this does not make someone a baki in this serious are of halacha.A Rov who is very familiar with this area can make a psak.

hilchos meisira is very complicated and a rov has to be consulted. A mosser has a din of a non jew (yoreh deah 281:3) it is a very bad thing to be a mosser. However when there are laws in the land and chillul Hashem then it becomes a diff story.(choshen Misphat 388:12).for halacha l’masseh a rov must be consulted and reglaim ldvar as well.

HaLeivi: Correct the gemara in Nidda(61) is talking after the Resurrection. Some learn and I think this is how the Lubavitcher Rebbe learned it, before Mashiach will be like Beis Hillel and times of Mashiach will be like Beis Shammai. After the Resurrection only the halacha will be followed which is both Beis Hillel and Beis Shammai which will be possible after the Resurrection. There are different limudim to what will be ,but I believe this is one understanding.

Who said there will be mitzvos when Masiach comes(Niddah 61,Yerushalmi Megilla). According to the shitta that there will be mitzvos the Rogatchover Gaon asked a question on a suyga and explained the chumros of Bais Shammai will be followed.

The Rebbe Reb Heschel as a very young child pointed to, what to him, was a most serious problem with the Chad Gadya. It begins with the father buying a goat for his son. The mean cat comes along and eats the goat. The cat is therefore wrong and deserving of punishment. Hence the dog who eats the cat is in the right. If so, the stick that hits the dog is in the wrong, for the dog was right.

Indeed in light of our thesis of this essay, this is the overwhelming message of Jewish history: that despite its moments when we truly cannot comprehend His ways, in the end the historical process will resolve our difficulty and our historic faith in G-d will be fully restored.( Rabbi Moshe Ch. Sosevsky)

The Simanei of the seder has all the mitzvos of the night.

Q: Why isn’t Mayim Achronim part of the simanei ha’seder?

A: Rav Shlomo Zalman answers that the night of the seder is called the night of watching(leil shmurim) and it would be incorrect to mention something that was enacted to prevent a sakana.
