And employers have no obligation to pay an employee who is on juror duty. And not everyone can afford to lose a few weeks salary for a measly $40 a day.

And non-Ashkenazic men don’t even have the cheirem altogether.

Is the program open to any and all shadchnim, professional, non-professional and part-time shadchanim, to join? Other than agreeing to the terms, what qualifications must the shadchan have to join? X number of succesful shidduchs? Other conditions? Please specify.
