    Let me add: they would never smoke in their home, and if their children are outside they will not smoke. But to let smoke come to our house is ok

    The right guy to call at PCS is moishy tirberg 7184361900 I think ext 15. He helped find me and my wife find very good jobs, yes I want sent on many interviews that I turned down. As many frum employers offer dead end jobs. Thanks moishy

    Actually I suffer all 9 days. I don’t eat dairy or fish. I Don’t enjoy bread or potatoes much…..so go figure I eat meat or chicken just about every night.

    He had medicaid insurance, because he is using a doctor in boston medicaid won’t cover most of the costs. He lives in brooklyn and is commuting for all procedures trying to do the best for his child

    My advise, friedrich is one of the best and I believe almost all modals work with a shabbos clock, whatever u do purchase stay away from fridgadaire

    I paid my lawyer and title closer(at the closing) just wondering what protocal was as I drove my mortgage broker nuts, but I guess u all answered my question.

    You are all incorrect!

    First of all yes it is very difficult yo purchase a home in the NY erea,to say if all your $ is kosher its not possible, without the help of family that’s also not true.I just bought a home bet me amd my wife we have over a 150k sallary bef taxes!! After taxes not left with must. All of you out there should know that if you are making under 52k a year you could get a sick amout of $ back from the gov. A friend od mine got back about $50k. The next issue is its 100% not true that banks require 25% down. You could put 10% DOWN if you have enough income to show however you would need to pay PMI. Good luck its not easy I didn’t move in yet I’m already choking

    I have a 3 bedroom apt in flatbush 3rd floor of a house. We are moving in 2 months…the apt is ok….but the landlord….its been 5 years of hell dealing with them, u still want the info?

    Ihave confronted my mother in law on more then one occasion,and told her in a polite way to cut it out, however this never works. The first time I decided to let her know she is out of line was through my wife, when that didn’t change anything I spoke with her on nore than one occasion. Don’t get me wrong she is very nice and I don’t think she purposely acts like an idiot, I just don’t think she can help herself. I have told her many times to cut it out, bec I can’t stand going anymore. One of my sister I’ll laws told me she thinks her mother should be on medication.

    I spoke with a rav and based on the facts(many which I can’t list her) I was told for the same of our own shalom bayis to stay away from my inlaws house as much as possible. My kids love going bec they can do what they like when I try to didipline them my mother inlaw does the opposite…………can anyone relate
