We are neither an economy with a country nor vice versa. We are individuals living in a society that has an economy and also has government. True libertarians don’t necessarily share any beliefs with each other besides for the belief that the government is best off sticking to its core responsibilities rather than growing large and being an active presence in everyone’s lives. Many of them don’t take issue with any of the things the government does, they just think it should be left to the private sector.
