    In first place Women don’t belong to be police or firemen for many reasons but this is not the discussion now. As far far as a women responding to an emergency. The Halacha is in case of an emergency (Pikuch Nefesh) saving a life everything is permitted and everything is supposed to be done to save a life.

    First we are not sure that should have been arrested in the first place. Second I am not talking only about this case we have many many cases where we know that you are innocent until proven guilty. Third even by a hard criminal the police have rules and codes the way they can act and behave while trying to arrest a criminal.
