Many people have felt this way before. They generally fall into two groups: (i) those who got married, and (ii) those who wouldn’t go to therapy.

So why do you think beshows wouldn’t work for us?

I think it would work just as well for us as it does for them.

I think it would be much more common for a specific woman pilot to be paired with a male pilot than for a specific male pilot to be paired with a woman pilot. In fact a woman pilot is more likely to be paired with a male pilot than with another woman pilot, whereas a male pilot is more likely to be paired with another male pilot than with a woman pilot.

But over a career it’s a statistical certainty for either?

It would be a problem for any frum woman or girl, because you’re secluded in the front with another pilot for hours on end. Unless she can always secure the company of another female, I think it wouldn’t be wise. I don’t know Halacha, just common sense.

That would apply to men also, who would be in a cockpit with a woman sometimes.

But you didn’t think of that.

You only think of this stuff for other people.

See a therapist, and tell them exactly that. You are correct that it isn’t healthy to need the “perfect” one, although it is common.

Do you have the same issue when you shop for clothes–do you need to see every outfit in the store, and every other store nearby, before you buy one?

It’s fine unless the kids don’t like it.

Either tell them you don’t like it, or learn to live with it. It’s totally normal, so there’s no reason for them to think you don’t like it.

I used the spice and spirit recipe last night. It was excellent. But make sure you put lots of oil in the pan–don’t just spray with cooking spray.

Even better, use butter. Or shmaltz.

I don’t believe you. Proof, or you’re making it up.

In any two car crash, there’s a high likelihood that one car caused it, which could imply an underlying medical cause.

In many crashes you can tell who is at fault. So is a rear end collission like a 1 car collission? Or if one car veered into oncoming traffic?

    in reply to: Treatment #1116828
    popa_bar_abba

That doesn’t make any sense. There is no more higher probability of driver impairment causing a 1 car crash than a 2 car crash, and even if it is higher, I don’t believe it would be so significantly higher as to make checking for impairment protocol in one and not the other.

You’re making this up. Give us proof.

You should assume possible driver impairment as the cause of a 1 car accident.

Heart attack, stroke, drug use, drunk, suicide, etc.

I thought of that, but doesn’t driver impairment also cause 2-car crashes?

There’s a reason nobody carries a fire extinguisher in their car.

If you put it in the trunk, you won’t be able to get it. If you put it in the cabin, it could become a dangerous missile in a crash.

    You are all idiots.

If the patient is in a safe place, sure you take spinal precautions. But if patient is in a car from a car crash that could blow up, you yank them out of the car fast.

Also, you don’t “assume” spinal injury. Why assume? You can just injure their spine if you need it.

There’s no such thing as “multiple personality disorder.” Properly known as disassociative identity disorder.

It has never been observed by anyone who didn’t already believe in it.

I first take the patient out of the car. Then assess whether there are any injuries. If there are none, I quickly advise them that I will pretend there are injured for a cut of the proceeds. When they syay yes, I quickly hit them over the head so they won’t have to pretend.

There are very few top tier Wall Street or White Shoe law firms hiring the top 2% of graduates from the top 10 Law schools at 6 figure salaries. This especially goes for frum first year associates who would not slave away and bill thousands of hours because of Shabbos and Yuntif restrictions.

I think you’re exaggerating. At least 70 percent at a top ten school can get a job paying 160000 first year (and far more after that). And closer to 90 percent at a top 6 school. And there are hundreds of frum lawyers at these firms.

beers in america made do require a hechsher because they often add a treif ingredient to make a head.

Which ingredient is that? I’m fairly certain that you are either (i) wrong, or (ii) saying something as fact that is actually a minority opinion.

european brewers never add anything to their beers. its against the law to put in anything besides malt and hops and water.

And yeast. And a bazillion other additivis, like isinglas.
