I don’t understand, you start the thread with a parable trying to say that having many children leads to tragedies then when being challenged that there is no evidence that smaller families suffer less, you start with a problem that its not right to go into debt from having so many children. where does that come in here?

just broke my fast in Jerusalem on some delicious chocolate chip cookies, napoleon cake carrot cake and cherry cheesecake with an ice coffee. in about an hour I will wash on some garlic bread with onion soup and calzones and some cheese mushroom quiche. YUM. anyone jealous??.

and to you guys out there in America: have an easy meaningful fast. and may we be zoche next year to eat the shor habor.amen.

toi- meiker halacha you only need one knot on the top by the hole, so I guess that’s what those chasidim had.
