Where can i get that book? WIY I like your post. Unfortunately im coming across too many ppl who have no menlickiet to others at work etc but when it comes to public mitzvos etc they put on a nice face and a sweet tongue. OKAY if ppl are not understanding my post Il explain. ITS busha how employers treat their employees at work the way they treat them, talk to them etc….. are worse how non jewish treat their non jewish workers, Ppl who are honored by famous dinners and events get ???? by local rebbes by there tishen and private visits for giving money to their mosdes etc when comes to work they treat there employees like a piece of garbage,REMEMBER YOUR WORKER/EMPLOYEE IS NOT YOUR SLAVE>

Sunrise, how long does it take from when you decide to go ahead with the surgery until you do it? It really depends on your insurance what they require some 3 months some longer, my insurance requested 6 months, you got to proof that your trying to loose weight, you got to take blood work and an upper GI and an endoscopy get a psychological evaluation:) (don’t worry its easy and fun)and Dr clearance, that’s also you need time to get the appointments.when you see the list you might say oh boy! but trust me i said the same but its worth it.

Yes its all done laparoscopical, the surgery takes about 40 min and your home the next day for most ppl, most ppl are back to work after 3 to 4 days. for the first week your on liquids only water ice chips that’s phase 1. Then for 2 to 3 weeks your on the shakes 3 times a day then you can start with mushy foods like yogurt puree food slowly, you get to work very closely with you Dietitian all the time.! thing about the sleeve surgery its PERMANENT! Remember this surgery is only a tool to help you loose weight there is work like exercise and sticking to the eating habits, Whoever did the surgery is very happy and are loosing nicely. You cant have coffee till your Dr gives you the green light and no soda there is a list what you can and what you cant have your dietitian works with you and will tell you everything and you got to take vitamins after the surgery like a multi and iron depending on your Dr request. and you will have to be on the shakes prior surgery. feel free to ask any more questions, HATZLACHA RABA.
