    2 ps’s:

are you also a very clever person?
(I’m not expecting an answer. just sayin’, all this detective work…)

why do mods care so much if you share personal information?

no, it’s not frustrating for me…I know about these secret messages only thru this thread, so it’s not like I’m in middle of a conversation where everyone but me knows a secret code. I am curious and fascinated, though.

the conflicting posts: we’ll use the one you just posted, saying you don’t think Joseph knows who you are, but Joseph’s post on this page indicates he emails you. additionally, he seems to know your brother in law, and someone as clever as Joseph should be able to figure out who you are.

the encrypted message and key…sounds very exciting, I’ll have to dig up the riddle thread.
further, you say you suspect Joseph tried to contact you…yet you suspect he doesn’t know who you are.

I had understood, more or less, the wagon story, just didn’t know they shoot movies in NYC.
but here’s what I don’t get. someone knew you go there often, yet he didn’t know who you are? you also don’t say how you found out who he is .

no further questions at this point. thanks for explaining.

I guess someone who resorts to misspelling excellent in order to be alliterative thinks that anyone who could do so properly must be a professional. and something makes you think ma isn’t a professional.
or is there some other explanation for your crypticity?

your whole post is ridiculous, to say the least. the diversity stems from disagreement. to get up and say “let’s be united” meaning “I’m going to continue the disagreement, as is my sworn duty, but please don’t make snide comments about me” is not at all analogous to the rebbi calling for achdus and the kid demanding $.

so his call for unity means not to tweet, like almost every previous president? sounds like a whole lotta fluff and bluff to me.
you want to know what he could do, in terms of policy? plenty. there’s plenty of opportunity to make the right feel like they’re heard and represented. he need not be as far out liberal as he does, after campaigning to be more moderate (admittedly, I don’t know if he ever promised that or just the media). he could give trump credit for what he did instead of claiming it for his administration…
but he doesn’t tweet . united I feel.

I’m getting a bit fascinated by the Dr. pepper / Joseph exchange, but I can’t keep track. do they know each other in real life or not? there are conflicting posts. then how the whatever did Dr pepper snoop these guys out? and2 what’s he talking about encrypted bytes? was that just a joke? further, Joseph’s response and a previous post to syag indicate that he knows her, but her post sounds like she doesn’t know him.

lastly, this whole wagon wheels would hint that you’re from los Angeles, but I remember from a dif thread that Joseph is on East coast.

and where is Joseph? is he ujm?

    gee thanks for defining haham.
now can you explain why you’re using different terminology? why in reference to the rabbi wearing a turban you call him haham, on the other thread a rabbi is “ram”?

you might be right LWOP is not advisable for a minor’s crime; however I can’t really see the comparison to someone who partied as a minor should be unfit for sc justice when they break the habit.

“that they didn’t rule that way is breaking with sc precedent…”
okay. still doesn’t mean their advocating it. just that, unlike their predecessors, they deem it constitutional.

on the thread “gadol or rebbi” you refer to a “haham” as a “rav”. why in your above post do you switch?

@tlik if I’d see a bareheaded ponytailed someone clad in t-shirt/jeans and even had striped socks, but was well versed in gemara and Judaism etc. I’d believe him if he told me he’s frum and comes/went to a dif background. I wouldn’t think to research him.

I get it . you have to combat this dangerous and selfish behavior. but can you also answer the question? you said he “cherry picked”. was the quote taken out of context? misconstrued?

also as far as listening to fauci, the mouthpiece of the cdc…to keep things short, the guy has been sitting at a desk for the past 4 decades and has an admitted history of lying. I can sympathize with anyone who doesn’t listen to him.

lastly, the sentence you cherry picked to stereotype all anti-maskers as dangerous and selfish actually says the opposite.

what typical responses. op asked a very specific question and everyone responds that fauci is a huge tzaddik and how dare you question him. can anyone actually answer the question? it’s there idiotic reflex answers that make people so skeptical of mask wearers. when there are idiotic responses it’s natural to assume there’s nothing more than idiocy. sadly, although I do believe in mask wearing, it often is nothing more than mindless idiots wearing their identity muzzles.

you do have different moderating practices now. it takes longer for 6things6to get approved and then you’ll approve later posts but leave earlier ones for a few hours. also sometimes you’ll approve one post, take a break and come back and do more.

the whole premise of the op is faulty. all the Scotus could say is that sentencing life without parole is constitutional. it’s not an opinion regarding the practice of such.

@ctl no problem. so you’re saying the guy on the radio was wrong and the correct term is peace officers. the point I’m making — which you completely missed, as evident from what you wrote “liberals are not changing the definition” — was that the exact change or changes can be made with referring to them as leos. I have no particular affinity for the term, but such a term bears no consequence on policing protocols.

@aaq where did the op mention politicians? he mentioned democrat policies which means what the party -which includes those registered as dems .
second to assert that the politician is bound to the will of the people –we’ll give that to you, maybe–but is it right for them to run and be forced to push such agendas?

let me get this straight: op says dems aren’t right on any issue and gives a few issues he’s referring to, all something that’s a worthwhile complaint. you proceed to dig something small (so I take it, as you didn’t disclose what its about) up that maybe dems are right about, so apparently op (not sure what he did) and I are immature because I said its not an issue?

@ens when someone says dems are wrong on all issues and you find one that they’re not, it’s not called hyperbole. it’s called slight exaggeration. 2nd, I don’t know details of said bill but if it got unanimous vote then it was likely not an “issue” but naming a street or something. lastly, op didn’t say everything republicans do is right.
