I said definitely a kosher one and possibly an invalidated one as well.
I’m very discriminatory in my practices. But gender roles are not comparable to race roles. A woman’s place is not in the public arena.
I didn’t ask him the reason. (Maybe it is tacky; I don’t know that there is a strict halachic problem. Also, I don’t recall with certitude if he was only referring to the kosher kesubah, or both the kosher and the invalidated kesubah.)

I was told (by one of the Gedolei Poskim not as a psak but a comment) that a kesubah shouldn’t be hung up (i.e. on a wall).

One owner told me they pay a lot for gas ($130/week) but then again said that maybe they use it a lot for car pool etc.
That kind of makes a difference. Even the car with the best gas mileage ever made uses a lot of gas if you drive it a lot.

I believe the McDonald’s has its own little “space” to order that you don’t have to enter. Unless you are including the shared hallway area in considering that as having entered the restaurant. Otherwise some perhaps inadvertently entered or strayed into the ordering area unintentionally. Clearly none of the frum people intended to enter the McDonald’s area to either order food or use the restroom (which is in the shared mall area.)

Are you sure they are entering a treif restaurant? Or, rather, a mall like building with several merchants and stores – and they are entering the mall area, but not the restaurant area.

CA: You can only delay it once for no reason (by phone or online) and only once more by going to a court, giving a judge an excuse, plus posting bond. (You can wait till a few days before the court date to request the postponment and hope the cop will postpone first so it doesn’t count as your postponement. It happens frequently and usually a week or two before the date.)
If the cop doesn’t show up on the appointed date and you do, the judges (in NYC) just force you to come back on another date. They dont automatically rule in your favor.
The judges are corrupt and in the cops pocket. Its an automatic win for the cop, especially without a lawyer who can bribe the cop.

Actually quark2’s suggestion is a standard (and even default) feature of bbPress, the forum software the CR uses. I’m not sure why the CR never had that; it is a basic, and needed, function.

Going into a treif restaurant (especially when sitting down and ordering to eat) is the classic example of maris ayin.
Chabad has minyanim in even small towns around the country and world.
Explaining shaking hands with the opposite gender is against your religion, is hardly a “petty excuse”.
My Rov just told me whoever said that is a bona-fide meshugana. (Considering you persistently asked me for an answer, and when you finally got it to only summarily dismiss it, it makes sense 🙂
MiddlePath: How one “feels”? That’s reform. Shulchan Aruch most certainly does force rules on us all, including specifically what must be covered at all times.

Wolf: I already answered that with the first two words of my preceding comment. That being said, I find it almost impossible that I wouldn’t have a chance to ask a Rov/Posek.
