OneOfManyParticipant🙁 Hope you find the right one soon!
OneOfManyParticipantMy subtitle is longer than yours; therefore, I am cooler than you. QED
OneOfManyParticipantOops, didn’t see the response! Sorry…
#1 (frummy in the tummy) Yes.
OneOfManyParticipantAccording to the Internet, I am an INTJ, but I wonder how accurate the unofficial things are…
OneOfManyParticipantbump
Just discovered this thingy…very interesting…
OneOfManyParticipantI’ve already been accused of being both popa and Wolf, so I would not be surprised at all if I am Joseph too…
OneOfManyParticipantlol not sure if this is some unpostable secret or something, but I just found it…

Yep, seems like he’s the oldest.
OneOfManyParticipantlol
OneOfManyParticipantSHINOBI ALLIANCE NO JUTSU!
OneOfManyParticipantIt’s worth it. ^_^
OneOfManyParticipantI like “My mummy says I’m yummy; do you?” But make it just “My mummy says I’m yummy,” ’cause it rhymes better. :3
OneOfManyParticipantUh…nope.
OneOfManyParticipantMost people who care about whether their prospective spouse is fat, don’t want even a little fat.
Uh…you do know that that’s a medical impossibility, right?
OneOfManyParticipantGenerally you bring the food to a picnic outing…why would there be a need to ask if it is appropriate?
OneOfManyParticipantI was there two years ago. The workload is nothing to sneeze at, but quite manageable. A lot of it is day-to-day stuff – most of the mandatory classes have “hachana,” where you have to prepare the sources for the lecture before class, plus a couple of weekly quizzes and short assignments. The most time intensive assignments are the reports – you will probably have to write at least 3-4 research papers of 5-7 pages a term. You definitely have to try to pace yourself on those. Also, your workload will depend on how many electives you choose to take.
OneOfManyParticipantWhy would you bring food on a date?
OneOfManyParticipantYou would have been comfortable my year…I’ve heard it’s gotten a lot more “New-Yorky,” so I can’t really tell you about now.
Also, I guess it sort of depends on what things you are into…like, are you watching/listening things that you really wish you wouldn’t be wathcing/listening to? I myself watch/listen to secular media, but am very careful as to what. That was the sort of place it was my year – people who come from less insular backgrounds, yet very discerning with what they expose themselves to.
OneOfManyParticipantDisclaimer: I went there two years ago, and I understand that things may be a little different.
Also, if you have any specific questions, feel free to ask!
January 15, 2013 12:17 am at 12:17 am in reply to: Fertility concerns about a prospective shidduch #920438OneOfManyParticipantUm, no offense…but if you you through with it, you should let him know about this right away. Otherwise, you will be the one “withholding information.”
OneOfManyParticipantOh lol didn’t see that. 😛
OneOfManyParticipantYou want Joseph to make you cookies? Sounds like a bad idea to me…
OneOfManyParticipantI will be your advocate if you promise to ask for something that includes the word “yummy.” ^_^
January 14, 2013 5:02 pm at 5:02 pm in reply to: Fertility concerns about a prospective shidduch #920424OneOfManyParticipantI’m sorry, that was a very wry comment. I honestly have no idea what you should do. But I do agree with mercury – you should bring this up to your son.
January 14, 2013 3:39 pm at 3:39 pm in reply to: Fertility concerns about a prospective shidduch #920414OneOfManyParticipantWell, if she does need them, it seems like the genetic pattern is that they will work…
OneOfManyParticipanthehe nice
OneOfManyParticipantYeah, I can delete it from there.
OneOfManyParticipantYuo can be gteezl1.
OneOfManyParticipantHow aobut OfaOnMefy? ^_^
OneOfManyParticipantooh ooh pick me!
OneOfManyParticipantAnyway, I thought that was the type of thing that only happened in Pride and Prejudice and such… 😛
OneOfManyParticipantyayz Mrs. Rosenblummmmm :3
Elzee is a good place for the cheap stuff. I find that the best outfitting strategy is to buy a one or two nice, good quality things, and then supplement with a couple of cheaper ones.
And lololol they soooo aren’t going to go around measuring…just wear whatever you are most comfortable with (that covers the knee, y’know). I wore my ankle-length skirts about half the time anyway – but again, I’m not sure if they’re going to change/have changed the policy about that…
By the way, now that bymrer brings it up…does anyone know if they are making a shanah bet? Because they were really trying to get it together my year, but couldn’t get enough people…just curious that they might now that they’ve, what, tripled in size?
OneOfManyParticipanthehe thanks 🙂
OneOfManyParticipantcacklesnort
OneOfManyParticipantWhy don’t you just get your own iPod to use whenever the music you don’t like comes on the speakers? Putting Jewish music on their iPods isn’t a perfect solution, because anyhow, most of the time the music that will go on will be the stuff you don’t like.
OneOfManyParticipantHmmm…but he’s still not as old as midwesterner – he just started posting in the CR earlier. So you could still technically say that midwesterner holds the title for “Oldest Current CR Poster.”
January 13, 2013 10:30 pm at 10:30 pm in reply to: Does Spelling Matter? YES I can read it!!! #920194OneOfManyParticipantBy the way, I’ve found that for the whole letters out of order thing to work, you can’t just put them in any order. Like:
#1: Tihs is an ieeisnnttrg seectnne.
#2: Tihs is an itsinernetg sencetne.
Which one can you “read”?
OneOfManyParticipantNot when you get them from Nordstrom Rack. ^_^
OneOfManyParticipantHe said “currently known”…he probably has info that we don’t. 😛
OneOfManyParticipantlol @ Veltz Meshugener
OneOfManyParticipantWith Mrs. Rosenblum or Mrs. Treger? 🙂
The dress code my year was pretty lax – any collared shirt with buttons (even a polo) and any skirt with pleats (like a biz). I don’t know if they made it any stricter, as I do know the seminary has changed quite a bit… Anyway, I got most of my shirts at Old Navy (they usually have some really nice lightweight button-downs on sale at the end of the summer), and most of my skirts from Junee…and some other random stores…
OneOfManyParticipantOh Joseph, don’t you love Google?

OneOfManyParticipantIt’s Joseph’s MO. He does it in about half the threads he starts.
OneOfManyParticipantlol that’s very good.
OneOfManyParticipantOkay, here’s one:
