I agree, it definitely is a problem, and I’m talking about for women who ARE COUNSCIOUS OF remaining tznius at all times. Even if you can make sure your knees are covered when walking and sitting, there is no way to remain totally fine when getting in and out of the car even if you try… what to do??? you just hafta hope nobodys looking…
So all jokes start with the plane that’s too heavy so they need to dump people off…
Well this pilot was a nice man so he gets on the mike and says that they’re gonna just dump luggage off and hope that helps. So luggage is gone and plane is still going down. Mr. Nice Pilot doesn’t want to have to choose who to throw off the plane so he says he’ll just go in alphabetical order.
“A – all African Americans, please jump.”
Some jump.
“B – all Blacks please jump”
And a couple more go.
“C – all Colored people please jump.”
And some more go.
A little black girl in the back nudges mama. “Hey mama, when it is our turn?”
And mama says right back without batting an eyelash, “Sweetheart, today we’re Shvartzas!”
i used to think speech was just flooded because everyone wants to be doing the same thing as everyone else. when i was looking into a career for myself though, i almost landed up as one, because it has all the benefits i’d want in a job: good pay, can have flexible hours, can work in a frum school and get vacations along with ur kids (like summer, yomim tovim…), no sticky office situations, and its a people job (if u like people)…
so basically there are lots of plusses!! and dont worry about it being flooded. if you are the best at what u do, it wont be flooded for u!!!

As soon as u decide something is too short THROW IT OUT CUZ IF YOU WAIT U MAY NEVER HAVE THAT FEELING AGAIN!!!! It definitely is hard and pretty scary but let me tell u its the most empowering thing. And seeallsides – I never thought of it like that!!!
And just another thought – we all daven for mashiach to come in every single shmone esrei… but if he came today would we be embarassed to see him in our skirts?? Will we even be from the good people who will be alive to greet him?????
