    Apple and peanut butter- it is good source of protein from the peanut butter(just dont add too much,the calories can add up) and the apple may satisfy a sweet tooth. Eat any fruit or vegetable. Fruit has a roughly 60 calories and vegetables have 25 calories for a half cup cooked and a cup for raw. You can also eat chummus and celery, carrots, cucumbers etc. If you have a real sweet tooth- eat a square of about 60-80 percent dark chocolate(you might like the 60% better- the higher, the bitter the chocolate). Dark chocolate is an antioxidant and helps with the excretion of the hormone seratonin, which helps with relaxation (which may even help you fall asleep). enjoy! Hope this was helpful.
