All of you Florida experts, just to change the focus slightly, can you give ideas for what to do in North Miami Beach that does not involve swimming or being on the beach? We’re really just looking to relax and be warm.

if your lease is up and you are on a month to month,he has a right to raise your rent- but aries suggestion is a good one- he won’t bother you if you give prospective tenants your number.

This actually happened to us. It was our first child getting married, so we didn’t know to even ask about it to the shadchan ahead of time. When we went to meet the parents for the first time , it came up- to our great shock. We did not break the shidduch. It was a disappointment to us not to walk our child down together, and is probably something we will ask about as part of the preliminary investigation in the future.
if someone would pour cholov yisroel milk over their heimishe shechita chicken and cook it- will the grocer be responsible??? people know what acceptable uses are for whatever they buy- they and only they are responsible for their actions. If the product itself is treif, in any use , that is probably different.

Also, as mentioned experiencing a slower paced, less gashmius lifestyle is very enlightening.
