s-h mum you should try giving your kid a banana before bed time, or a tea spoon of honey. i am not sure exactly why – from a scientific standpoint – they work, but they do. just dont give both at the same time – cuz then your kid will have weight loss issues!
also you can try the age old remedy – a cup of warm milk before bed.

ok, this is my deep thought today:
did you ever wonder at how many colors, shades and hues our eyes can see?
did you ever notice how many colors Gd used to paint His masterpiece?
technically Gd could have just used different shades of gray and we would have been perfectly fine with it because we wouldn’t know the difference, right?
but He didn’t! He made the world beautiful, with so many colors, just for you and me! a beautiful pressent that says “I love you” every single day!
did you ever notice how many different flavors we can taste?
imagine if all we had to eat were apples?
technically we would be perfectly happy with that.
but Gd gave us millions of different foods with different flavors and textures!
all because He is our doting Father and He loves to give us extra little gifts that are like a hug, wink or smile!
When i look at the world this way i really do feal – “Hashem really loves me!!!”

adorable, i couldnt have said it better myself. when you go out of town people actulually say hello in the elevator, in ny everyone is conveniently looking at a different corner deliberatly not making eyecontact so as not to need to say hi. its kinda funny really.

happiest, i can relate to what you are saying completely. whith everything thats going on in the world around us recently, i am terrrified!!! how many gedolim left the world this year? how many countries are swearing to destroy Israel and all the Jews? How may tragic acceddets occured recently? anyone still remember the family in Itamar? or how about the boy who was killed in a fire on succot? is the world becoming a scarier place or is it just me getting older and noticing its dangers? a few years ago i thought disease was only one in a million, today its hitting very close to home. i feal a dread as though the end is coming. but the end of what, i have no idea. am i even making sence to anyone?
