I learned somewhere that davening very loud makes one m’k’tanei ha’amana. As if HKB”H can’t hear unless he yells.

One Modern Orthodox person I know fasts it, and some frum people also fast it.

So one should infer that modern orthodox are NOT frum. Such sinas chinam a scant 2 weeks after yom kippur. Do you understand how wrong this is?

Sam2 Hold on…if a safek doraysa we go l’chumrah kal v’ chomer a sfek sfeka on a d’orayasa would go l’chumra hence you can only have a sfek sfeka to be meikal on a d’rabbonan. You can’t have a sfek sfeka on a d’oraysa l’hakel.

Hmm..just noticed this. We only say Sfek Sfeka on d’rabbonin. Insects in broccoli is d’orayssa so no sfek sfeka.

If anyone gets a opportunity a good read is “Waking Up Jewish” by Uri Zohar. It;s a good book for beginners (and not beginners) about emunah. Written by someone who had everything in gashmius and gave it up for ruchniyos because he saw the truth of Hashem and Torah.

The rabbonim and shuls should put up his picture warning everyone that he is a mazik. He certainly should be thrown out of shul to protect the children. The community needs to be proactive and stop covering up for these pedophiles!

Of course the reason is to have our Bais Hamikdosh and bring karbonos and come close to Hashem. Then we can bring about the greatest Kiddush Hashem and bring the shechina out of galus.

But I can’t help thinking will Mashiach tzidkeinu be black hat or srugie or turban? Will he wear tefillin on chol hamoed or not. tzitzis 1 hole or 2? Sefardi or Ashkenazi? If Ashkenaz, nusach sefard or nusach ashkenaz?…

I know of a family where the parents are the best Jews that have 2 sons. The older one went off the derech when he was 13. and ended up doing the worst aveiros and married a shiksa. The younger one a first-rate yeshiva yungleit married into a a terrible family, but B”H he married his B”T wife. how do such wonderful parents have such a OTD son and allow their yeshiva son to marry a B”T from such a bad family? By the way the mother also comes from an awful family.

In YWN It seems that the more right wing someone is, the more emphasis is put on bain adam l’Makom and less emphasis on bain adam L’chaveiro. Not always but seems the norm.

maybe, and that would be a problem.

On the other hand, the more left wing you are, the less likely that your bein odom l’chaveiro is connected to avodas hashem. V’nimtza keireiach mikan umikan.
