Shalom Aleichem – I was researching this topic on Google and came across this thread so I had to register and share!
The REAL question here is NOT whether or not we should give tzedakah to Non Jews.
How many types of Non Jews are there???
    A Non Jew – Gentile – Can be a:
    Righteous Noahide
An Idolater who worships Avodah Zarah (i.e. Christianity)
An Atheist (Chazal classify an Atheist as an idolater because they deny H-shem)

Now with that said, if YOU give H-shem’s money to an Idolater what are they going to do with that money?
WHO are they going to pray to, praise and give thanks to???
I think you can connect the dots…
The Holy Torah makes it clear that H-shem will bless us and that we will LEND to many nations with interest.

Now if we are talking about a Righteous Noahide, who believes and worships H-shem then yes we should give them tzedakah.
If you personally give tzedakah to Non-Jews,before you give ask them who they worship, who is their God…?
Is it Yoshke??? If they say yes, then you have your answer…
