not being able to get married yet
monseygirlMemberi dont think all teenagers have this problem. if ur looking for trouble then texting is a great way to find it. if your a regular bais yaakov girl with a phone who regurly texts her friends, their is absolutly nothing wrong with that. and i know that out of all my friends who all have texting, none of us are texting people we shouldnt. so lets not be so fast to passs judgements.
monseygirlMemberproud hadaling>> thanks for answering my questions so thouroghly. just a few more: does hadar have a uniform?? i need u to shed light on many rumors i”ve heard over the years bout it. thats its so supppper yeshivish and everyone is like rebitzens. that they dont let u go to relatives for shabbas. whats it really like obviously the thngs i”ve heard r prob not true at all.is it a very big sckool, r the girls close with each other and with staff??if u can just fill me in on anything else cuz i”m really considering it and i want as much info as poss. thanks
monseygirlMemberi have seen in my own brothers and relative the major diff between 20 and 23. at 20 they were boys just begining to grow up but not yet solidified, when they are at 23 they have already changed completly and solidified their hashkofos and learning
monseygirlMemberproud hadarling>> the truth is i would love to go to HAdar i guess I”ve always been scared off by the ultra yeshivish thing. i have some questions for u bout it. first of all what is the learning like?? is it very intnse, tons of work and stress// (in comparison to bjj) what are the majority of the girls like hashkaficlly before they come? also my family isnt as yeshivsh as i am do u think that will affect my chances??? i B”H have straight A average, i am a pretty good student i dont reaaly work hard but i love to be challenged with intense iyun, meforshim and deep haskafa classes.
monseygirlMembersmile e..you sound like you want a really academic place try masores rochel, rebitzen tarshish is amazing with very in depth classes and learning style. i dont think machon raaya is for more i want a more narrow minded place and although it sounds funny i”m not looking for a place with girls “out of the box” i want strictly a bais yakov. some people have mentioned to me tiferes and it really soundds intersting but its new so i dont know many people who went their but it really sounds my speed.
monseygirlMemberBP totty, Chas vshalom i am definitly not impling that at all. my dress and apearance on the outside is quite as yeshivish as my insides. i come from a frum family but i am definitly more yeshivish than them, but because i grew up like that i am more open than others who are on my speed haskaficlly. i was definitly not implying the type u were imaging with the flipflops and such
monseygirlMembertry darchei bina or peninim
monseygirlMemberwhen i say i”m not aidel i”m not like quiet and sweet, i have a personalty and i have many friends of all differant types but my hashkafos, goals and lifestyle is “yeshivish”
monseygirlMemberi”m looking for a more bais yakov type of place, i think meohr is more of a mixture from differant types of girls. i am prob gonna apply to schools like hadar or bya i wanna know if anyone has a ny other suggestions of places like those.
monseygirlMemberdoes the oiylam have any ideas for seminary for me. i am yeshivish, i have good grades i love to learn, i am not an aidel maidel.. i have a personality. i am in a bais yaackov now and would love to go to a very yeshivish place i would love a place like b.j.j. without the strong academics and stress.
