Stop draying a kup. Ask the person who gives you your pay check if you really must know.
His kids may have a “right” to a jewish education/ but so do all the other kids. If he will become a sideshow that detracts from the education from all the other kids, the yeshiva is correct to keep him and hisbkids away.
