theres a great yogurt place in cedarhurst called ”off the wall” , you make your own sundae and pay by weight (not your weight, the weight of the yogurt and toppings)

PY most patent attys are a few thousand dollars.
i was told that the idea was not patentable coz there are other items out ther ethat can be made similar to my idea.
there is no such item as mine but the main part of mine is out there and in use on other items. not on the item i had planned the idea for.

PY, i just went through this about 2 months ago.
I had a great idea and drew up pictures of how I felt it should be made. Sent the pictures plus a written description of it and how it would be used to a person to do search and he wrote back that the item was NOT patentable.
I could sstill maufacture it if I wanted to but he suggested agaisnt it.
If I manufactre it and someone else does so too and undercuts what I am charging I can get stuck with thousands of peices and be out major bucks.
Speak to someone who is knowledgeable. There is a radio show on the internet . I think its on Thursday nights called ”Got Invention”. The host is a Jewish fella named Fried.

fyi—- my co worker said her husband went to a gas station, gave the attendant 50 dollars for gas. when the pump got to 40 dollars it stopped . so he went back to the attendant and said i gave u 50 dollars and told him the denominations of the money and the attendant said ”oh, i must have made a mistake” and let him fill the remaining $10 worth.
imagine how much $ he could make if people don’t pay attention. they can be on the phone, in a hurry, distracted by their kids or something. and then the attendant gets to keep the extra $

i think females and males should learn as much as they can about almost anything and everything.
and DO learn how to drive, DO learn how to balance the checkbook. a woman should be self sufficient. I haev seen women whose husbands pass away and they have no idea how to pay a bill.

jersey has the best malls and while you are there you can buy gas for less money too.
google shopping malls in new jersey. then look up the list of stores in each mall and see which you prefer to shop in.
