Use a regular pour-over coffee dripper to filter it.

Would you store the cold brew in the fridge all week?

    That’s what I do

    Which coffee do you use?

    I use Folger’s

I would never use it for hot coffee but it’s not bad for cold brew, and I want to perfect the method before using good stuff.

Also I can’t get that stupid jingle out of my head.

I’ve tried using a melitta thing.

First problem is that it’s too small. I like making a week’s worth of coffee at once.

Also for some reason cold brew clogs up the filter pretty badly, so between that and the tiny hole in the cone it takes forever. They say you’re supposed to use a coarser grind, but I don’t grind my own coffee.

“I think I’ve heard of some people buying them and being disturbed by the strong chemical odor.”

If you think that’s bad, try sleeping on a bail of hay

I’ve been doing that. It works fine but I’m looking for a more practical way to filter it. I don’t normally use a coffee maker so I don’t want to take it out just for this.

They sell bottles with built in filters special for this. I was just wondering if anyone has tried it.

I thought Via was just coffee ground very finely so it dissolves. I could be wrong.

I’ve never tried it. I’m fine with Taster’s Choice

This is why we have a chulent crisis.

People care more about the color of their chulent than the taste and consistency.

The problem with shampoo, lather, rinse and repeat is that it is a never ending cycle.

Try frying a latke in it. That should soak up the excess oil.

It’s true that people should have a choice, but they should have a clear picture of what their choices are.

If the stories about EN are true, people should know about them so they can make an informed decision.

Hair clippers are specialized implements used to cut human head hair. They work on the same principle as scissors (wikipedia)

Ubiquitin wasn’t arguing with the fact that using hair clippers is a halachically acceptable way to shave one’s face.

He was arguing with the logic of “since EVERYONE uses it for haircutting.
I figure its got to be kosher to cut your beard with it.”

There’s a free service called TextNow.

It seems like it’s similar to Google Voice but it might work better in your situation.

I’m not totally sure how it works so you would have to go check it out for yourself.

I think at some point you had to have an existing U.S. number in order to sign up, but I don’t think that’s the case anymore.

I found a few articles online which discuss using Google Voice to send and receive calls internationally.

    It’s called Google Voice.

You sign up online, get a regular number that you can set to ring either on your phone or on the Google Voice website.

You can also get sms messages either on your phone (not applicable in your case), an/or on the website, and/or forwarded to your email.

It sounds like it would work in your situation as long as you have a computer with internet access (it might work for your ATM card too)

As far as the members are concerned, it is for-profit, even if it is legally characterized as a non-profit. Otherwise why would anyone join?
