August 3, 2017 6:08 pm at 6:08 pm in reply to: Difference between Aquaphor and Aquaphor Baby #1332441LightbriteParticipant
Is there a baby version of the pink tax?
LightbriteParticipantI plead the 5th on your first statement.
As for llamas, how is a sleeping llama a successful night guard?
LightbriteParticipantRebbYidd23 that’s ridiculous and offensive. Everyone knows that llamas are notorious snorers and fall asleep at their posts more often than not. If you want them to guard you, then fine. But when they make the news, like back in March at the Yiddish Torah Country Club for loud and obscene behaviour, why would anyone support the petition?
Maybe if you bribe them with fleishing jerky, or mango jerky, but not for free.
LightbriteParticipantReally PosterGirl? I feel like Moshiach would elevate it completely and it would be one of his loudspeakers.
What does Chazal say about how Moshiach will communicate with the world?
Thank you

Just a belated boost of support!!!! ☺
LightbriteParticipantVideo of Torah at Har Sinai… will Moshiach give us a glimpse of Matan Torah when he makes himself known?
Will he have a TorahTube video or maybe even a live re-enactment of the event?
Or will we remember it like it just happened?
LightbriteParticipantWhoa the matrix…. will it still be made of 1s and 0s?
LightbriteParticipantWhat about when it’s a Hebrew website? Will he still use Torah?
In Israel now, they use, co.il — and at least you know that you’ll likely be coming across a website in Hebrew
Is there a way to distinguish the languages? Or will it be like one of those websites where you choose your language? Like Ikea or whatever.
Thanks Joseph! 🙂
LightbriteParticipantOh. Like instead of “com”?
August 1, 2017 10:22 pm at 10:22 pm in reply to: Protection from Crime in Dangerous Communities #1330430LightbriteParticipantPepper spray yes, for protection.
My shul’s calendar this year has an advertisement for a gun club.
LightbriteParticipantCollege students and adults… that’s all that I thought was out there — the kiruvtopia
Depends on where you live, but there likely is a ton of stuff. Everyone here probably knows I am about to mention Chabad, but there is likely also an Aish, classes at the local shul, and much much more
LightbriteParticipantThey have kiruv for kids?
LightbriteParticipantThis is a question for their polar bears.
LightbriteParticipantWhat happens when it rains? Will the children study in ponchos made of faux fur?
LightbriteParticipantWhen it snows will they study in a cave? Or is it best to study by shade of bear?
LightbriteParticipantRY23 is right there… I was born with this name. In the 1960’s a toy company paid my parents $620,000 to purchase the rights to my name. My Aba said, Maybe. But then my Ema said. No. So the company paid nothing, changed the light in my name to “lite” (like some lower calorie yogurt) and now I have to explain that the chicken came first.
July 26, 2017 9:50 pm at 9:50 pm in reply to: cost of living for a young couple in lakewood #1325920LightbriteParticipant250 for food for two people sounds very conservative. As one person that’s very modest. Maybe I just eat a lot.
LightbriteParticipantWill the wolves feed them kosher snacks?
July 24, 2017 10:44 pm at 10:44 pm in reply to: Don’t worry, Canadians. I’m not actually moving to Canada anytime soon. #1324767LightbriteParticipantMaybe you’ll find good boots! Don’t give up.
Have you purchased boots on Amazon (retailer Amazon, and shipped by Amazon with free returns) or Zappos (where everything has free returns)?
I buy most of my boots on Amazon. That way, if they don’t fit right, I just box them up and ship them back.
Over the years, I’ve refined my sense of what boots work and what don’t, all thanks to online shopping! 🙂

LightbriteParticipantHealth is in America. Isn’t he?
Haifagirl? Takahmamash?
Who else is in Israel?
Is WinnieThePooh is EY?
Happy Go Lucky!!?
I know!!! Shopping613!!! ?
LightbriteParticipantOmgosh!!! Lilmod Ulemaid you’re back!!! Missed you 🙂 🙂 🙂
Yays!!! <3
LightbriteParticipantAre you talking about Lilmod Ulemaid?? <3 <3 <3
LightbriteParticipantThe optometrists I know don’t like re-lensing existing frames because they might break in the process, especially if they are older. It may also depend on the frame type and lense type.
You may need to sign a release saying that you accept that hat they may break and they are not liable for any damages.
LightbriteParticipantLol DovidBT! Very true 🙂
LightbriteParticipantWhy is there iron in irony?
July 22, 2017 11:06 pm at 11:06 pm in reply to: Is it worth it to get married and divorced? #1322763LightbriteParticipantIsn’t that called having a boyfriend or girlfriend?
July 22, 2017 10:26 pm at 10:26 pm in reply to: Is it worth it to get married and divorced? #1322717LightbriteParticipantYes RebYidd23, masochists
July 19, 2017 9:37 pm at 9:37 pm in reply to: Should we stop bochurim from chilling and drinking beer at a bbqs.🍻🍖 #1321636LightbriteParticipantScottsdale21, will you please be my mother-in-law!!! 🙂
LightbriteParticipantThat does happen when they’re overboiled. Maybe they think out of the box. They deserve a reward, like an Israeli Flag ribbon. Or a gigantic drawing of Mt. Sinai. Or a Hungry Hippos board game with extra Hippos.
LightbriteParticipantWhy can’t a native wear Crocs but a non-native can?
LightbriteParticipantHey no fair! Popa totally plagiarized my post, and my post got shutdown before you can say knish!
Wait, maybe this is a compliment, just please cite the source next time.
Thanks 🙂
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. An attorney has been contacted and, if appropriate, legal action will be taken against Popa.
July 16, 2017 8:35 am at 8:35 am in reply to: Should Yeshiva world invite experts to interact with the audience on vital issues #1318093LightbriteParticipantMaybe “interactive” is on a spectrum. Think about how sometimes “Live Footage” comes in at a 5-10 delay, just in case something inappropriate pops up and they need to do a quickie content fix.
LightbriteParticipantTo answer your second-to-latest post, please see your latest post.
LightbriteParticipantRebYidd23 my dear, have we not established the evil here? Are you creating the circle of life in your science lab?
LightbriteParticipantAnd the funny thing is that now Toyotas are popular with Millennials (at least that’s what I read last year), because they’re reliable
LightbriteParticipantMeno, do you rest your wrist on the desk? Or current mouse pad, if you have one?
LightbriteParticipantThe proper thing to do is hover your hands over your keyboard and never rest your wrist on a mouse.
Technically my desk is too high, my chair too low, and my mouse-using wrist and elbow on that hand are perpetually red and maybe callused from years of improper typing and computer using.
LightbriteParticipantOoops you literally said that.
From first read I was thinking about you eating what you were buying for Shabbos, which I imagined being Shabbos food something, and then yes… clever! ☺
LightbriteParticipantSeriously? Wait, are you talking about eating liver? 🙂
LightbriteParticipantWasn’t Rambam a doctor? Or am I thinking about Rashi?
LightbriteParticipantIf you don’t give bachurim activities to do, then what do they generally do naturally or habitually or something?
LightbriteParticipantYes, absolutely evil.
LightbriteParticipantYesterday I shared a video of a puppy boxing one of those inflatable punching things for kids, the kind that’s like a beach ball with a weight on the bottom so it flings back.
LightbriteParticipantCell phone alcohol swabs make clean
LightbriteParticipantShoe polish I’m 1/4th Polish
LightbriteParticipantIs that how egg nog came about? Making an adult version of the egg cream?
Thanks for the new and improved info btw 🙂
LightbriteParticipantMy Rabbi’s son is in medical school now and he is extremely committed to observing Torah and honoring Hashem
LightbriteParticipantThis is very misleading! Had I not Googled “Egg Cream,” I would have never guessed that chocolate plays a crucial role in the recipe. You guys weren’t kidding! 🙂
Meno: Think you’re missing the secret ingredient
