The above Magen Avraham says that the order is after sneezing that first the one hearing it says asuse, to your health then he answers baruch tihyeh, bless be you and after that he says the pasuk to himself. As first he has to pray for others to get answered first.

Even when getting sick, sometimes people pass away suddenly, so everyday we still must do teshuva. We should always see it as this is our last day and a reprieve was given to us by returning the day to us.

The Chezkuni on Breishis (48,1) says that before Yaakov Avinu there was no illness. Wherever a person was, he would sneeze and then passed away. Yaakov Avinu prayed for illness to prepare for one’s passing.
The Magen Avraham says that when one sneezes, he should say ‘לשועתך קויתי ה, I hope for Your help and then the people say, to your health. Labriuth, Gesuntheit, or Naz Dravye in Russian or Polish as a thanks for being alive.

The Ben Ish Chai gives a mashel to realize that the real treasure is the Torah. The father, to make his plants grow nicely where rain is scarce, had an irrigation canal which he would dig out from rocks and pebbles periodically to ensure that water could flow without any obstruction. When dying, he commanded his sons to dig out the ditch as a treasure is buried in it. The brothers followed the fathers instructions but did not find any treasure. They surmised that the father was not by his mind at the time he commanded them. Later, when they saw how everything grew nicely compared to others, they realized what the father meant by the treasure. The Torah is like the water flowing but sometimes it gets stuffed up, so we have work on it to allow the water to flow without any obstruction makes trees grow that bear beautiful fruits. באר חפרוה שרים The Torah is compared to a well that was dug out by rulers over their bad inclinations כרוה נדיבי עם those who learn Torah lishmo, for its own sake with the help of Moshe Rabbenu.

Mentioned in Sefer Shevil Harakia we find one of the most interesting gematrios:

החדש הזה לכם ראש חדשים ראשון הוא לכם לחדשי השנה adds up to 2658 the same as כמה תשעה ועשרים יום ומחצה ותשצג חלקים
how much 12 1/2 days and 793 chalokim (from one molad to another) where a chelek is 1/1080.
    1080 is divisible by 2,3,4,5,6,8,9,10,12.15,16,18,20,24,30,32,36

As the Torah forbids cruelty to animals (tzaar baalei chaim), it has been shown that our shechita is the most humane way to kill them without any pain.

There is one more dechiya, pushing Rosh Hashana to the next day, if the molad of Tishri would be in the afternoon of the day that Rosh Hashana would have been designated. By any other Rosh Chodash we would make two days Rosh Chodash and count the next month from the second day but by Rosh Hashana we count Tishri from the first day.

When I was born in the beginning of 5748 (1948), my father z’l was taken into custody. He reported someone making anti-Semitic speeches. Originally he was called in as witness and found an excuse for not appearing. However then he had no excuse and two policemen came to get him.

Even though I thank Hashem that I was born afterwards, I experienced some of it. I heard stories constantly of my parents experiences seeing my father z’l crying when he talked about his wife and two daughters killed in Aucshwitz. I visited my father’s labor camp at Mauthausen, Austria when being around 10 years old, and seeing the lookout towers, prisons and crematorium ovens. I heard my mother a’h tell stories of her working for I.G. Farben filling grenades.

The climate changes through the seasons determined by the sun whereas Jewish holidays are determined through the moon. Pesach is spring and Sukkos fall time causes a Jewish leap year 7 times in 19 years in order that lunar year having normally 354 days and the solar year 365 1/4 days even itself out. The mnemonic is guchadzut, 3, 6, 8, 11, 14, 17, 19 year in 19 years becomes a Jewish leap year. A calendar is available in the Tur after siman 428 which enumerates each of the 19 years determined by Cheshvan and Kislev if they are deficient, both 29 days, full, both 30 days or even one 29 days and the other 30 days. The rest of the months cycle between 29 and 30 days. 6×29 + 6×30 = 174 + 180 = 354 days. The variation of the two months above causes the movement of Rosh Hashanah as Adu lo Rosh, the Rosh Hashanah cannot fall on Wednesday or Friday. Rosh Hashanah cannot be on a Sunday in order Hashanah Rabba should not fall on a shabbos eliminating the knocking off the hashanas and Yom Kippur should not be next to shabbos in order that there should not be two consecutive days where work is not allowed.

If he is not Jewish, what does carrying mean? Maybe he should carry it as a Non-Jew is forbidden to keep shabbos. Avraham Avinu wore tzitzis, so if he is Jewish, it is not carrying but if he is not Jewish, than he would be carrying.

We need unity for davening to be accepted with the tzibur rather than being scrutinized on our individual merits and for learning by helping each other in its understanding. In order to keep all mitzvos unity is required.

There is no question in my mind that if it came to pasken again the issur for Yom Tov, including the Pnei Yeshua who was matir as it helps in digestion, that everyone would asser it by the reason of the Magen Avraham above, not used by everyone as it is so harmful to one’s health.

Pesach reveals all other holidays, see SA O’CH 428,3.
אדו לא ראש Rosh Hashana cannot fall on Sunday because then Hashana Rabba would fall on shahbbos and knocking down the hoshanas would be eliminated. It cannot fall on Wednesday or Friday as we cannot have to consecutive days were no work can be done. So Yom Kippur cannot fall on Friday or Sunday respectively and as a consequence בדו לא פסח.

The most important is to eliminate sinas chinom, futile hatred. The Torah forbids hating each other but requires to tell one about it. The Yad Yosef on the Ein Yaakov Yamo 9, explains that sinas chinom is bottled up hatred in the heart. If someone has a good excuse for hatred, will reveal it to the other, whereas hatred like jealousy is not an acceptable reason for hating someone, so it will not be revealed. One will act towards the other with a smiling face and keep his hatred festering inside. Once we get rid of it, unity will be created and will bring Meshiach in our time soon.
