I believe that this is part of the Hashgacha. Hashem set a condition at the time of creation that he will modify anything that is needed to satisfy creation. Since the world stands on Torah and Mitzvos the condition and benefit in order to continue to perform them constantly changes, so things have to be adjusted constantly as it says 讛诪讞讚砖 讘讻诇 讬讜诐 转诪讬讚 诪注砖讛 讘专讗砖讬转.

HaLeivi, this interpretation if from the Ksav Sofer. I think the logic is, if you mention the open miracles on the appropriate day through The Great Halel, you are not excluding the daily miracles but emphasizing the historical miracles, happening that day but if you say The Great Halel every day than you are praising Hashem for the mentioned miracles for no reason but not for any other miracles.

We are only entitled to the benefits of the world because of the mitzvos we do. These changes constantly, therefore, Hashem has to constantly renew the world as it says 讛诪讞讚砖 讘讟讜讘讜 讘讻诇 讬讜诐 转诪讬讚 诪注砖讛 讘专讗砖讬转.

It says in Parshas Shemini, don’t eat a chazir because it has cut hoofs. Asks the Klei Yokor that the reason for the prohibition should be because it does not re-chew its cud? He answers that because his good part also contributes to his prohibition because he is fake and shows his cut hoofs like Aisov being fake. In the future Aisov will repent and a new creation will be done where the pig will re-chew its cud and will become mutar.

A doctor must get a diploma to proof himself. Once he received it, we accept him at face value. Hashem proved Himself with miracles. We accept Him at face value without the need to prove Himself anymore.

There is another joke where a Jew did not have any wine and matzah for Pesach. He went to a Rebbe who assured him that he will have. When it was Pesach was a week away, he still did not have. So he decided to sell some pillows an covers and bought them for the money. He meets the Rebbe on Pesach who asked him did you have your matzah and wine? Yes, he answers. Says the Rebbe, I told you, you will have.

If someone understands calculus the slope of a curve (derivative) is based on the fact that in an infinitesimal interval the vertical and horizontal distances don’t change. Also, finding the velocity for a particular time is based on an average velocity for an infinitesimal time, figuring it will not change in that small time. The whole mathematical theory is based on chazaka meiikara.

Tosfas in Sukkah 8:1 proofs that 1 2/5 is an approximation of the square root of 2. If you take a square of 5, its diagonal is 7 but the area of that diagonal square is 49 but it should be 50 which is half of the outer square of 10 by 10.

Look at the MB 17:10 bochurim not wearing a talis because of the relationship between marriage and tzitzis, but maybe that’s why they wear big talis katans to perform the mitzva of tzitzis. Also since they don’t put the talis over the head according the interpretation of the gemora, they might not wear a big talis altogether.

Two wrongs don’t make a right. Look at others who do good and feel good because they are doing the right thing and if you do good, you will also feel good. People who don’t do good, don’t really feel good. They may look like they feel good, but you do don’t know how they feel in their inside.

When it comes to duchaning, see the RMA O”CH 128:44 saying that we only duchan on Yom Tov because we are besimcha whereas on Shabbos we worry about our weekly needs.
Talis, see the MB siman 17 sk 10 why bochurim don’t put on a talis.
There is minhag in Frankfurt to cover the Choson and Kala with a talis under the Chupah.

There is a Magen Avraham in Hilchas Yom Kippur 610, that makes a distinction between chometz and Yom Kippur. Chometz cannot be touched because everything else is permitted, whereas Yom Kippur all food is forbidden.
See the Sefer Paninim Yekorim who explains with this why Chavo said that you can’t touch the etz hadaas because all other trees are permitted.

There is an interesting argument between the Chasam Sofer Yorei Deah 236 and his father in law Rabbi Akiva Eiger if currently there is a possibility to sacrifice a Korban Pesach. This is based on the Kaftor Voferach who writes that Rabbi Chaim of Paris wanted to sacrifice it at the turn of the 5000 millenium. The question is how we can overcome all the requirements that currently we don’t have.
