Getting back to segulos I heard the best segulah for getting married.

there is never a good reason for hurting, insulting, hitting, and definitely now abuse (physical or verbal) the rest of the comment I agree with, a person has to have some respect for themselves, and have a pleasant demeanor to be likable, if not they need to learn 🙂

this is more like a deep random question but why do we place people on higher or lower levels than us in status? this came up recently and it really bothered me that I consider certain people “lower” than me. anyone know how to improve? 🙂

try, whenever you “eat a cookie” make yourself do something that you really hate to do after. say do an hour on a treadmill per cookie, every time you think of doing it, you’ll associate the enjoyment of the cookie with the treadmill and you’ll start to hate the habit itself 🙂

moish I know a little bit what youre talking about, I have something that I would LOVE to stop doing and I’m the same way, tell myself I’ll never do it again etc… the best I could tell you is to avoid putting yourself in the situation as much as possible… it works with LOTS of effort 🙂
